Danny Schechter’s new movie, “Plunder: The Crime of Our Time,” tells the story of the economic collapse as “a crime narrative as opposed to a mistakes narrative.”

Pt. (2) What to DO? Do Today.
Being self sufficient and solvent does not mean that you are an isolationist and weak; it means that you are intelligent, independent and strong. Any local honest banker will tell you that; he will give you a AAA credit rating. That basic principle also applies to our overall economy. The slick criminal elite Totalitarian financial world bankers do not produce anything yet they want to control our government, producers, workers and our Natural Resources by debt.
Main Street Capitalism, Competitive Market, and Free Enterprise are America’s tried and true standard. Our economy and government can recover from this treachery if we act now by getting back to our roots of industry, manufacturing, science and technology instead of being smothered by the Multinational Banking Corporate Empire, by proxy, by our government.
Treason is the appropriate criminal charge for those who have conspired to overthrow our American Independence, Democracy and to enslave each citizen with $181,000 debt; big money lawyers will be SOL, and Justice will be served. A lesson will be given and the slate will be clean to move into an enlightened 21st. Century of Democracy, Free Press, Main Street Capitalism, Science, Green Energy and Humanitarianism. If there is to be a New World Order it has to be Humanitarian and Democratic to work-not Totalitarian.

SEC vs. Goldman-Audit the Federal Reserve.
What connection do the SEC and Goldman have with the Federal Reserve and the open ended, secret and unaccounted for disbursements of taxpayer money in the “rolling bail-out of 700 billion to be given out at any one time”? So far, these banking bail-out secret accounts have indebted American citizens an estimated 8.5 Trillion that we know of, in National debt. This is not acceptable in American Democracy and is Totalitarian. The Federal Reserve claims to independence; has really been operating as an extra-legal off balance sheet entity of the Treasury.
American taxpayers and our economy are saddled with the 55 Trillion in National debt and as American Citizens we have the right to know where the money was spent under their slick expert banking management.
http://www.usdebtclock.org/
The American People and Main Street Capitalism were not bailed-out; we in the economy would have noticed that. The crooked world bankers bailed-out the crooked world bankers and left us with the National debt and the Federal Reserve refuses to even tell us how much that debt is or who received the money. There is damning evidence that the financial crisis was created and manipulated by the slick Trilateral bankers in their quest for the New World Order by bankrupting us into submission. In fact, on April 27 while addressing the elite Council on Foreign Relations, the President of the European Central Bank Jean-Claude Trichet called for the imposition of global governance to be bossed by the G20 and the corrupt Bank of International Settlements in the name of safeguarding the global economy.
http://www.prisonplanet.com/trichet-calls-for-corrupt-bis-to-boss-global-government-in-cfr-speech.html
Call your Congress Senator today and demand that the Federal Reserve be fully audited in the bill before the Senate today.
http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm
No more secret shadow government of slick Trilateral bankers; to hell with Wall Street and their cyberspace wealth. If the elite superficial derivatives trading on Wall Street collapsed tomorrow it would have very little adverse effect on the American People and Main Street Capitalism; as victims, we have already been run over. The departure of derivatives from Wall Street will be our salvation, indeed the Worlds salvation, and the surviving New Wall Street will be back to it’s core values in stock exchange. By taking back the slick world banker’s criminal gains we will not only bail-out the United States of America but also the European countries that they tried to enslave. No more National debts (about $180,282 per American citizen-usdebtclock) and we all will be free from the world slick banking criminals. Who needs them and their sub-culture of Greed and Mean to enslave us?

What are our options then.  No one is talking about that.  Many of us understand that there will be a great shake down then a great reckoning.  Should I sell my house and move to South America? The politicians will give our houses to the Chinese who will be given management positions in the new factories
which we will be employed No more minimum wage. Just enough payment to survive and get us to return. The mercenaries that work for Halliburton will be the new National Guard and they will be guarding the property and status of the wealthy. And the disappearance of any that would complain. What are you gonna do about it?

I’m up for ordering a few hundred guillotines from France, special delivery. We can set them up right there in the DC Mall or even right in front of that church where George Washington gave his inauguration speech down on Wall Street.
We’ll just round up the bastards and cart ‘em off to the festivities and off with their heads!

Hey, it worked in 1792…they even took down the King and Queen of France. Gotta think it sent a clear and convincing message to the Aristocracy. And, I believe the Russians got rid of their Royal Family and their Aristocracy in 1917, as well. Shot the whole damn family.

Ya gotta believe that every time the Aristocracy gets a little too snotty and arrogant, they end up on the wrong end of a huge, well-armed and pissed off citizenry who isn’t about to take their shit anymore. These guys never learn. They always figure they can count on the military to defend them. They NEVER remember that the military consists of the very people who are revolting. Once those soldiers figure out it’s their own friends and family they are shooting at, they always turn on the bastards.

Let’s see if I can get a discount on volume…hmmm…google guillotines for sale…free shipping…half price special…

Yes the greed of the Wall Street thieves has caused
our economy to go into total chaos. As a result hundreds of thousands of American workers have lost their jobs and their homes and health insurance!
Public entities such as school districts, public hospitals, local and state governments have been forced to lay off workers and cut badly needed services to communities across the nation! The sins of Wall Street are indeed real and serious, only the sinners are NOT paying!

Instead we have allowed reactionaries to single out Latino immigrants who come here to make a better life. Arizona passed SB1070 and will now use racial profiling to single out people who might “appear” to be here illegally! What tripe!

Adolf Hitler in response to a similar economic crisis in 1930’s Germany scapegoated the Jews, communists, socialist, trade unionists and others he suspected of being able to organize resistance to his fascist tyranny. We all know what resulted, the question is will we allow for it to occur here?

samosamo - ah, yes, the Keating caper.  I remember it well.  I also remember that literally in the dead of night some members of the House had attached a little rider to a bill which raised government guarantee of savings accounts from $10,000? to $100,000 - thereby inviting the S&L’s to play fast and very loose with investments. (The ‘rider’ went by unnoticed by the majority of the House.)

Which the S&L’s did in spades, allowing, foreinstance, Neil Bush to make millions, which ended up costing the taxpayers $1 billion while Bush’s fine was a measely $50,000.

(Good to hear that someone else feels like I do about the now-dead-but-certainly-not-missed Milton Friedman.)

By Sylvia Barksdale, May 7 at 9:36 am

““Yes, it is an unbelievable turn of events and the government
SHOULD have been on top of it long before it reached this point.
I must once again ask WHY there was no oversight!”“
************************************

I agree with you and was amazed at how this ‘deregulation’
could have ever allowed our economy to become what it is now.
I’ll say that you will find the cause and effect if you are willing to
read William Black’s ‘The Best Way to Rob a Bank is to Own One’,
where it is detailed how the loss of oversight, auditing,
investigation and all the rest of it, that congress, law
enforcement and the courts have become ineffectual in guarding
our economy when the savings and loan crisis began to
‘mature’. And how the rampant ‘deregulation’ during the repub’s
favorite hero, ronnie the traitor reagan, terms became a full
blown infection of such that congress, law enforcement and the
courts have come under the spell of what Black’s book terms as
‘control fraud’.

This all means that, because of the s & l crisis, when charles
keating was being hammered by the auditors and investigators
and regulators, he finally was able to ‘persuade’ some to NOT
report conditions that would cause a collapse or closure and
then with the help of the ‘keating 5’ senators the restructuring
of using ‘friendly’ auditors, investigators and regulators took
place.

Now I find that this type of subversion, of what ultimately is a
trashing of the constitution, has made a lot of people criminals
in that aspect, it also opened the doors to the other devious
crooks that one would expect when the guards who ‘protect the
money’ are removed, then it should be no wonder that the
insidious thieves will move in and take over the economy which I
also think relates to that most horrible charlatan’s ‘unfettered
free market economics’ milton friedman’.

Now this ‘deregulation’ has spread to much of the other sectors
of our governments( local, state and fed) which I find is ‘cause
and effect’ of this country’s crisis which in turn have so much to
do with the huge number of crises that no one person can focus
on in trying to find a fix.

I probably will not see the movie but the film clip agrees with my thoughts since the Wall Street criminals began destroying America.  Yes, it is an unbelievable turn of events and the government SHOULD have been on top of it long before it reached this point.  I must once again ask WHY there was no oversight!

All is not lost, however, if the correct measures are acted upon.  This money has to be somewhere.  It’s impossible for them to have squandered it all!  I believe the government should prosecute every hooligan involved in these swindles and convince them to cough up the whereabouts of this money and relinquish it back to the country or otherwise face life imprisonment, deportation or both.

Although it seems highly possible, America does not have to go the way of Greece.  The action I have suggested above would go a long way in preventing it.

Banks and banking, the whole financial rot garden, are Divine
Right of Kings mongers.  Yeah, like their shit don’t stink.
God’s work, even!  They alone are exempt from much of any
substantially fanged oversight and control over their infamies,
doesn’t matter what part of the world they’re in or from.  They
above all others are the Terrorists and Firebombers, dealing in
envy and greed, spreading discord and disease where ever
they alight.

This ‘crime’ thing won’t even get off the ground. What they
need is a dose of a worm so vicious, so vast, that their
computers fry in seconds. Divine retribution. Erase their
computers and get rid of the vampires. Total reset.

This piece should be entitled, “The Crimes of Our Times”

Starting with the assassinations of:

John Fitzerald Kennedy, President of the United States, Movember 22, 1963

Martin Luthur King, April 4, 1968, Religious leader who conflated racial discrimination with “their War in Vietnam.”

Robert F. Kennedy June 6, 1968, Senator from New York, brother of John Fitzerald Kennedy, campaigned on a lot of what Martin Luther King said,  “Their” war and poverty are intermixed.

Malcolm X, I don’t remember the date,  He saw the solution to the problem when he visited Mecca.  The Arabs don’t hate blacks.  The Black vs. White issue is a fiction foisted upon the American people using the media as a the soapbox.

9/11, Where did all the flowers go?  Long time passing.  I say: Come clean, solve it or end as a nation.

So this is it:  Bankers take over of schools, manufacturing, essential resources like energy, food, and water, and last but certainly not least, a mercenary force with the technology of drones to do our bidding.

Well, as the bandito said to Paul Newman and Robert Redford in his movie about the Wild Bunch,

“We ain’t go no badges.
We don’t need no stinkin’ badges.”

I’m sure that this time the outcome will be the same.  The these bastards could be hanged.

I agree with Schecter’s approach.  Simplyfy.  Simplify. Simplify.

Use the KISS approach—Keep It Simple Stupid.

Great, another purely laid out case for prosecution just as was
Vincent Bugliosi’s case for murder by w in book form. At the least
this will be depressingly clear and a model that only needs is a
prosecutor to put it into action. The only thing is that is will get
that prosecutor fired on the spot if not assassinated later that
day. Which only goes to show that it is plain old underworld
mafia crime gangs running the show, unfettered.

So what it should inevitably do, would be to move the people to
action once they view it and realize that there isn’t one single law
enforcement agency or prosecutor going to do diddle about it.
So, instead of standing around wringing their hands, moaning
and groaning then giving up, the people will wring their hands,
moan and groan and give up. That is all they know and why
crimes are so blatant coming from our elected officials and the
‘aristocracy’, they don’t fear any accountability. And only the
people can make them fear that, if they weren’t wringing their
hands, moaning and groaning and giving up.
