I find the commentators multiple references to Van Jones’ signing a petition for 9/11 Truth as a “mistake” to be utterly disgraceful and deplorable!!! They are shameful cowards on par with the mainstream corporate media.

And you, Dott, obviously have never heard of Arthur Andersen.

Our country is a joke and so is our news system. Between the terrible information that we get from the Fox News Channel and the idea that we have a celebrity for a president makes me embarrassed to live in this country.

I think that Obama’s health care plan and everything that he is doing for our country is going to hurt us in the long run. I think it is ridiculous how he received the Nobel Peace Prize before he even did anything and while we had troops in Iraq. He is more of a celebrity than a real president. So far since he has been in office, nothing has improved and unemployment is at an all time high and health care is nonexistent.

Journalistic integrity in America is dead, especially in tv news. When journalists fail to be responsible in their reporting, caring more about getting ratings than telling the truth, then all is lost in a democracy. I do hope that internet news outlets help the problem a bit, but I’m not holing my breath.

Pat Henry, you obviously don’t understand the process of ‘outsourcing’ fraud control to a private company. The 6 figures salaries being paid in a lot of the govt. jobs could be replaced by the 5 figure jobs doing this sort of work in the private sector. It sounds like you have no experience with fraud control, and apparently the govt has issues with it also.
Get your information correct before trying to do your math…that might help you out….so you can do the math!

Dott,
You’ve a point if your figures are correct. Fraud in government is 2% while, if
your numbers are correct, it is 0.01% in the private sector.
However, you must weigh that against overhead, which under Medicare is 3%,
give or take a point, while in the private sector it is 25% or more.
The overhead in the private sector, which pays for CEO salaries and the
obscene practice of recision and claim denial, far outweighs the pedestrian
salaries paid to “government bureaucrats” who aren’t incentivized to deny your
claims or mine.
Pornography? You can watch it for free on CSPAN. Wake up, Dott.
The difference between 0.01 and 2 is 1.99.
The difference between 3 and 25 is 22.
That’s a 10-fold difference.
Do the math.

Let Congress and the President be part of the solution.
Medicare, a basic plan, all taxpayers are paying for it. The Federal Employees Health care plan, a gold plan, all taxpayers are paying for it. The Congress and President could save 800 billion by providing the basic plan to Congress and all Federal employees. Let’s cut out the GOLD plan, and let Congress be part of the solution! Also outsource Fraud to a private company. There are plenty of private companies holding fraud to about .01%, which is wildly better than the govt’s 2%. Congress and the President, it’s your opportunity to be part of the solution!

Van Jones was sacked mainly for supporting the 9-11 truth movement. MSM liberal outlets will not cover this controversy. Instead they will just close ranks against the unacceptable truth. The above audio could have delved further into 9-11 truth, but the commentators chose not to.
