The $100 price of oil is a direct cost of the Iraq occupation.  All of it.  That’s because the U. S. government has become a de facto member of the oil cartel OPEC by taking over all the functions of Iraq in the occupation.  The US/Iraqi delegate to OPEC has always voted for the price-raising production cutbacks.  The U.S. government has cut back oil production in Iraq below what Saddam Hussein was producing.

Congress needs to investigate.  The Presidential candidates need to speak up.

I’m finding myself continueally insulted by the media’s Mantra- AmericaNs are ignoring or are too agnorant to understand what has been happening. Many of US not only Knew putting boots down in Any ME country was a HUGE mistake. It’s not that we are Stupid nor blind- We have been GAGGED. WE tried to demand changes to our course long ago- GET US OFF ME OIL, ‘70’s. Send in Only Air Raids to Known AQ Camps, DO NOT GO INTO IRAQ! Most of US felt our hair raise when we saw & heard Truman say ‘Military Industrial Complex ‘( reruns- i’m not that old), and then felt th esame thing when HW said ‘New Wold Order’ and were against HIS atttempt to Protect the Interest of these OIL Barons and their ME Sponsors.
WE’ve been here all along, but instead of giving US the floor inthis Democracy- you laughed and Called US ‘Bleeding Heart Liberals’ ,’Tree huggers’ ,’UnPatriotic’, and Conspiracy Crazies’- How do I know- I even had my doubts- but then I listened and decided on my own, reconfiming My long Held Suspecions. You’re not Paranoid if they are Truely out to ‘Get ‘You. And Now they’ve GOT US!
