The New York Times:
A spokesman for Plaquemines Parish said that the 11 missing workers had been found by rescuers before noon Central time, but a spokesman for the Coast Guard said he was not yet able to verify the rescue.
“Everybody’s accounted for” said Kurt Fromherz, the parish spokesman. “They were found in a life boat.”
Mr. Fromhertz added that the 11 people rescued were alive, but he did not know whether any of them were injured.
