Massa’s Gone, but Investigation May Go On
Posted on Mar 11, 2010
Former Congressman Eric Massa is no longer in the House, but his tarnished legacy may live on a little longer there if House Minority Leader John Boehner has his way. Rep. The ethics committee dropped its investigation after the New York freshman resigned this week. Boehner cited Politico and Washington Post stories that said the House speaker’s office knew about the allegations in October. If so, that raises the question: What did her office do about it?
