The sponsor of this promotion is Truthdig, located at 1158 26th Street, #443, Santa Monica, CA 90403 (“Sponsor”).

The promotion begins on Jan. 27, 2012, 12:00 AM PST and ends on Feb. 17, 2012, 11:59 PM PST

The prize is one (1) American Apparel T-shirt, adorned with a cartoon of the winner’s choice by Truthdig cartoonist Mr. Fish, with a retail value of $28.99. The prize will be shipped to the winner within 8-10 weeks of the promotion closing date.

To enter the promotion, the entrant must sign up for the Truthdig newsletter. Entry will apply to the drawing held at the sponsor’s discretion.

One winner will be selected randomly from all the entries received during the promotion. Sponsor will notify the winner via email. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, he or she will forfeit the prize and another winner will be randomly chosen.
