WikiLeaks Going After Big U.S. Bank

Having made its indelible mark on U.S. foreign relations of late, WikiLeaks is taking on another considerable force for its next act, targeting an as-yet-unnamed major U.S. bank with a big reveal planned for early next year. It doesn’t look good for said bank, as WikiLeaks’ honcho Julian Assange invoked the name Enron in an interview about the upcoming sting.  —KA

Reuters:

Julian Assange declined in an interview with Forbes to identify the bank, but he said that he expected that the disclosures, which follow his group’s release of U.S. military and diplomatic documents, would lead to investigations.

“We have one related to a bank coming up, that’s a megaleak. It’s not as big a scale as the Iraq material, but it’s either tens or hundreds of thousands of documents depending on how you define it,” Assange said in the interview posted on the Forbes website.

garth:

If I recall, LBJ was a Southerner.

The vote breakdown was as follows:
House version: Dems 61-39, Reps- 80-20
Senate cloture: Ds 66-34, Rs 82-18
Senate version: Ds 69-31, Rs 82-18
Senate/House final: Ds 63-37, Rs 80-20

Southerners were united against it across party lines by roughly 6%-94%.

The legislation was passed by the North with the indespensable help of Republicans, not by LBJ’s genius.

No, Rico. Without LBJ and his genius for the workings of the US Senate, it would have never passed.

Access! that ‘s what we need.  More Access.

Access to emails, personal diaries not kept on a computer, access to homes, access to each other’s private parts.

Key info like the type: Where the restaurant meeting with the son of the “Godfather” was planned, when Al Pacino shot the Sterling Hayden and Al Lettieri (Solozzo), the second rate thug.  Clemenza found out the name of the restaraunt and where it was.

We need more WikiLeaks and less “Trickle-down.”

Trickle-down smells like urine for some reason or another.

He didn’t get it past his southern DEMOCRATIC constituents after all. It took Republicans, without whom the bill would have failed, to pass the Civil Rights Act. How times have changed.

HUbert HUmphrey had HUge HUbris when he suggested to LBJ the Civil Rghts Bill.
Was he clear eyed, LBJ pondered?  Would it pass and how could I possibly get past my Southern Constituents?

Can we achieve this goal by feeling small?  Can we extend this spirit to today?  Can we rach the goal of living amongst our own selves.  Or, do we need to send some of these persona to a serious penal situation (Gaelic for jail)?

Anyway, that is what this civilized HUman being has to ask after being on this ever expanding bubble called ‘Now’ has to ask.

The leaks in many instances reveal the kind of small minded remarks and back stabs one would expect to hear around the breakroom coffee pot of a 3rd rate real estate office.

In a deeper sense this glimpse of the twisted manipulated reality of World cash/power politics that bombs, murders, tortures and kidnaps without regard to consequence shows the puppets and puppet masters for the visionless thugs they are.

These people have no moral dimension and less than no concern for the men, women and children who have died, are dying and will die to allow the petty criminal minds who perpetuate this insanity to take a trip to the bank.

It’s a conspiracy of thieves. International financial black marketeers, drug/arms smugglers, human traffikers, shadow boys, K-Street bag men and corporate pirates have seized America. It’s that simple. And, it’s that deadly serious.

      H.Clinton should resign.

REPEAL THE PATRIOT ACT!! CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM NOW!! STOP THE WAR!!

It’s not unusual to be have to a gossip fetish from afar, to watch others without being seen to read someone’s diary, to listen to others in a restaurant.

The tables have been turned.  They have been listening, and watching fro years, and now they are groping us.

Let’s have a look-see at what they have been saying and doing.  Why not?  What’s good for the cooked Goose is good for the gander.

Everyone has been indoctrinated into thinking once again that these are our best and our brightest.  When they read these WikiLeaks, I’m sure they’ll come away with a different point of view.

And to their end, I propose that you read the WikiLeaks revelations with this fact in mind:  Evil is Stupid.

It cannot be otherwise.

Somewhere on the hard drive of a hidden super computer there is a record of every dirty dollar deal that took place in the last few years. Bribes, kickbacks, cover ups, payoffs, blackmail, extortion, informant salaries, drug deals, purchase of judgeship’s, embezzlement, and hundreds of other criminal transactions are on file. The trusted employees in charge of that computer would do the world a great service if they Wiki leaked that info to the media. It would result in millions of criminals being arrested and then punished by having them spend the rest of their lives working for minimum wages in fast food restaurants.

If anything, sites like Wikileak have become the front pages of the modern digital newspaper.

Reporting news (secrets), bias or not, but out scooping the competition.

Much of what was released was meant to embarass than to ‘cause serious damage to the security of the United States’.

<<Wikileaks is an Israeli OPS>>

Without mentioning Israel specifically, Brzezinski trotted that one over to the
paddock yesterday. It’s a laughable non-starter, but it reveals part of the damage
control strategy. The hope is that some might be more inclined to overlook the
embarrassing contents of the leaks if they appear to be orchestrated by someone
with a ulterior motive.

Hope on.

As of the end of today, it seems pretty unanimous that the general feeling, among those who pay attention to these false flag things, Wikileaks is an Israeli OPS, designed to blackmail the US and others into attacking Iran and Pakistan. Israel is the only one gleeful today. Its quite obvious, and it is so their style.

Specifically, an excellent case is being made that these are plants within the State Department itself, perhaps a well known husband and wife.

Now, regarding the George Soros connection… We will see which bank Wikileaks goes after. That will complete the exposure.

This should be good.  A lot of us have suspected deep
conflicts of interest in high finance, but this leak
is likely to put some proof behind the theories.

Then again, as CaptRon and some others have pointed
out elsewhere, Wikileaks info is almost starting to
look suspicious in its own right.  Some of this
“leaked info” could have come straight from a PNAC
fantasy, but I can’t tell if that is a matter of
deliberate disinfo, reality, or wishful thinking by
American diplomats.

Then again, I guess there would be a lot more
protests from the nations implicated in the last
leak, and I don’t see China or Saudi Arabia rushing
to defend N. Korea and Iran…

Strange times indeed.

Let’s see what the US press does with these upcoming releases about the US Banks.

The Guardian today said that they have about a week or more of publications of the Diploamtic dirty laundry.  A liitle short, I think, for getting the public’s attention.

The publication of the Pentagon Papers and the Watergate hearings went on for much longer.  But when it caught hold, the drum beat got to the point where Nixon’s sorry administration had to leave Washington in much the same way the US forces left Vietnam.  Fitting isn’t it?

There’s much more red meat in these Bank disclosures, I feel.

Bankers are just that bankers.  They know numbers, but when they are confronted with the truth, they are just like any other criminal.  They squirm.

They might be wise to seek the counsel of some of the famous serial killiers:  bank on the press.

Some people have acesss to insider knowledge, and some have a conscience and some have courage.

Let’s see what the NY Times and the Washington Post do with it.

Another thiller coming on?

- Julian Assange recently told the New Yorker he understands that innocent people may be killed or hurt by his disclosures (“collateral damage” he called them) and that WikiLeaks might get “blood on our hands.”

Is it interesting that Mr. Assange’s attorney also works Pro Bono for George Soros?  Soros, who boasts of his ability to destabilize four nation’s economies, including the Bank of London, and openly speaks of the need -in the cause of “Global Fairness”- to do the same to the United States?

-

All of this was caused by a single Pfc. - a 22 year old self-proclaimed anarchist with security clearance, who happens to know or stumbled upon the right group of people with the resources to organize such massive document dumps while coordinating with numerous global media outlets? Simultaneously?

Last question:  Is it interesting that Julian Assange sought funding to establish WikiLeaks from Oil States International?  A Soros enterprise?

Hillary and company have it wrong.  The person who leaked the information, and the people who allowed the information to be leaked in the Department of Homeland Security, are eligible for prosecution.  Media outlets who take the information and disseminate it are immune under US law.

Now, obviously, they are trying to change the law.

This is very ominous indeed.  Wikileaks is providing a valuable service to the world.  Governments always preach transparency but always hate when it actually comes to fruition.

Wikileaks seems to actually be more of a positive for the USA to me. So, I get the feeling that they are actually a “tool” being used by the USA. First, it seemed strange to me that a PFC ranked individual had access to all that “classified” material. There seems to be no doubt of his involvement and passing of the material, but it does seem rather that he was used by someone more in line with having put him in harms way to divert attention. Not uncommon in CIA history. A lot of this info I have heard seems to have come from the Bush era as well as Obama. Then again, I am just reading “Family of Secrets” by Russ Baker which builds the story of the Bush dynasty of clandestine using of people. Not new info to me on the CIA, but very new to me on how far back the trail leads from the Bush Family. It allowed me to make sense of some questions I had that were related and speaks largely to W’s cocky attitude, and why he has the people around him that he had.
This with the pending leaks of the Bank(s) is very interesting to me for the same reason that was presented in the book. The manipulation of money and people in the financial structure of this country. It also confirms the feeling I have that the President cannot really be the leader of our country because the Fed rules all and their tool is the CIA. I wish Wikileaks would move up their target date to tomorrow instead of the first of the new year. Either way fixes are needed for all inappropriate policy and our country really needs to be retaken since we have no new land to pioneer to like our fore-fathers. I can see a rich vs. poor revolution. As one of the poor, I am glad that the guerrilla type style of protection was taught to us as per Viet Nam and recent warfare since the rich can buy their protection (or can they?).
