WikiLeaks Calls Biden a ‘Dangerous Fool,’ Releases Egypt LeaksPosted on Jan 28, 2011
According to the official WikiLeaks Twitter account, “[Vice President Joe] Biden says [Julian] Assange is a ‘terrorist’ and Mubarak is ‘no dictator’—and should not step down. Biden is a dangerous fool.” Then followed an overnight flood of tweets calling attention to fresh leaks about Egypt’s brutal regime. One of those messages said, “Help us spread the last two days of cables into Egypt through neighboring media and sat tv.” The Egyptian government has shut down almost all channels of communication, including Internet and SMS service, in response to civil unrest. One new cable details a meeting between Sen. Joseph Lieberman and Gamal Mubarak, son of the Egyptian president. Another discusses the fate of Yemeni children reportedly brought to Egypt for organ harvesting. A 2009 cable from Ambassador Margaret Scobey says, “Torture and police brutality in Egypt are endemic and widespread.” —PZS Advertisement Previous item: Ugandan Gay Rights Activist Beaten to Death Next item: Google Denies WikiLeaks Censorship New and Improved CommentsIf you have trouble leaving a comment, review this help page. When Mubarak falls, the Mullahs will take power, an even worse situation for the Egyptian people.

America is neck deep in blood in the complicity of the crimes against the regular people that happen in the middle east. The fear may be that people power, which is breaking out all around the world, will spread to the United States. Just like privatization of public resources was first started in third world countries and led to revolts there first, similar reactions to an unjust world will inevitably spread here, too.
“Maitreya says: The nature of the person cannot be changed; it is given by the Lord. The Constitution of Islam has been awakened in the Middle East. It will become a very strong force. There is no room for Western politics in the Middle East. America and Britain cannot impose solutions. It is time for the West to leave the Middle East. Maitreya says: “Serve your own Western homelands with honesty, sincerity and detachment. Only then will there be peace.”
Report thisMaitreya says to the Western politicians: “Look after your own nations. Observe the changes around the world. You cannot teach prosperity abroad when there is none at home.””

Bidens only purpose is to serve as the top zionist fool in the U.S. (who feels “at home” in Israel).
He is the gun against Obama head and the veiled threat to congress that if Obama gets out of line, a useful zionist idiot will take over.

berniem, The “C” st. family policy is to forge the USA into an Indonesia type society complete with a Military dictator President. ObomberBush lived in Indonesia while Suharto was the dictator there. The hero’s for the C street gang are Suharto, Hitler,Stalin, Pinochet, just to name a few. The Family is also amoral while the general population is bound by moral considerations. Hence, the need for religion to subdue a society to the dictates which are meant to control people. This policy is the unofficial Republican Party policy which is what is important, official policies are only for propaganda PR. “Family” members are exempt from legal constraints. Some members Sanford, Vitter, the Senator from Nevada, not Reid.

Biden a “Dangerous Fool” is indeed a mild way of describing this irrelevant, stupid and dull person who lamentably is an example of the stupidity and ignorance of the political class running this country. Whether Democrats or Republicans, the U.S. political oligarchy are in many ways not better than Hosni Mubarak and the other dangerous fools running the affairs of many countries in the world.
Indeed, many corrective revolutions are overdue in many countries including these sad United States of America we call home!

I used to think “conspiracy theorists” were desperate nuts with serious problems as they dragged out their stories & plots. I’m beginning to be honestly afraid that they had a great deal of truth on their side. Apparently, and on a daily basis, Wikileaks is proving more valuable than I’d originally supposed. But how many fires can be fought at one time? As far as Biden being a fool, I have no problem believing that once I accepted that he was bought & paid for. Can we start a short list of US politicians who aren’t?

The center of govt. in what’s left of this misbegotten “democracy” has moved from Pennsylvania Ave. to “C” St.! The neo-fascists of the christian right and their confederate co-conspirators are, I’m sure, preparing plans for the further “democratization” of the Middle East as well as selected areas on the African continent! Folks, the fun has just begun! Nothing revives our good ol’ economy like a hot world war!

...I guess the CIA would be active now trying to salvage a loyal client state under the
cover of plausible deniability….
far too predictable and overt - expect them rather to have already infiltrated this ‘popular’
movement (perhaps even to have instigated it) - the goal being to fail these fragile states and
open them up for installation of even more pliant puppets
saddest of all, if the intelligence nexus (CIA/MI6/Mossad) see this going out of their control,
with threats of genuine ‘democratic’ reforms down the road, expect severely heinous violent
provocations - evermore terror, chaos, evenmore severely damaged societies, evermore ripe
for the installation of even more gruesome strongman puppets - same MO for the last 50
years, now aided by the internet - a powerful spying, information and disinformation tool

Well, the CIA renditioned people to Egypt for enhanced interrogations while we know torture produces false confessions. Yet we subcontracted torture to countries like Egypt to get “actionable anti-terror” information. The so-called War on Terror appears to be based on fabricated evidencing throughout; it was/is a racket and Bush et. al. is guilty of racketeering (Obama has failed to bring too much change on this). In public we espouse high minded morals and goals; but in private where national interests are concerned it’s cynical real politics. I guess the CIA would be active now trying to salvage a loyal client state under the cover of plausible deniability….

Why aren’t the 20 million unemployed Americans and their family & friends protesting in the Streets? Something just isn’t right in America.
Banksters, Gov Officals, War Profiteers, Global Corporations, and Wall Street have stolen America’s future.

I could be wrong but it seems like a genuine, unexpected revolt. Compare this with the fake, foreign-generated Green protests in Iran, with their American slogans and signs and color-coordinated, expensive bling.
The question remains is, will the Muslim Brotherhood allow themselves to be used as inciters to violence, or to play along with the warmongers, acting as their “designated agitators”?
There seems no need for violence, here. There should be a peaceful transition, with little or no chaos, so that any hijacking of the movement can be at least transparent, if not avoided, as much as possible.
Good luck, Egypt.

Exactly, surfnow! And isn’t it interesting that we have been buddies with all these miserable murderers who are now facing homegrown protests?
The young man who set himself on fire in Tunisia (I believe his act has been copied in some of these other countries) at least set himself on fire in a nation of people who responded to his desperate act. Here, we would just sneer at someone who did this and say they needed Prozac. Instead of realizing, as happened in Vietnam, that self-immolation is a way to communicate utter despair.
