 Walker Won’t Meet Dems at the BorderPosted on Mar 7, 2011
The posse of Wisconsin state senators who left the building—not to mention Wisconsin—last month to thwart Gov. Scott Walker’s campaign to quash state employees’ collective bargaining powers proposed a meeting with the governor somewhere by the Illinois-Wisconsin border, but Walker called the missing Democrats’ idea “ridiculous” and refused to budge Monday. —KA

Isn’t this a repeat like when Delay was redistricting Texas mid-decade to garner more republican votes?
Here is an informative documentary showcasing how, with all well intended efforts, the dems in Texas attempted to hold out by bailing out of quorom… only to be defeated when going back into session and finding out some of their own changed sides for $$$.
It’s all about the $$. The folks NOT part of the money people nor their hired hands all have a price on their heads.. and it isn’t much.

I hope those Wisconsin folks who are concerned by the way their state government is being run are actively registering new voters and talking to old voters in preparation of the next election.
