Uganda Weighing Life Imprisonment for GaysPosted on May 10, 2011
Legislation that critics call the “Kill the Gays” law is under deliberation by a Ugandan parliament committee. It could make homosexual acts punishable by life in prison and add penalties for those who “aid and abet” homosexual activity. The law had initially contained a provision making the death penalty a legal punishment for gay Ugandans. International human rights organizations have mobilized against this despicable bill, working to keep the parliament from voting before its session comes to a close at the end of this week. —KDG

R. Maddow commented on this issue last evening, from what she stated the country was taken over by a dictator, sort of like the USA was when Bush won via the supremes. The winner was sponsored by some Republican types or C street types here in the USA? According to Maddow, gay will be exicuted not sent to prison, only people who help them by hiring or renting or knowing gays go to prison?
It seems the new president of Uganda is just one more dictator/fascist type like the governor of Wisconson.
The spraying of protesters with red dye then using it to round them up sounds like a Republican idea,... must be why it was not blue die?
Peoples rights are trampled in Uganda and it has the Republicans fingers in it?

Life imprisonment for homosexuals in Uganda and not a single TruthDig regular can take the time to comment.
I cannot describe my profound embarrassment.
