Top 5 Things Santorum Didn’t Say About Romney in Convention SpeechPosted on Aug 28, 2012
Rick Santorum took aim at President Barack Obama during his speech Tuesday night at the Republican National Convention, ripping him at every chance he got. In fact, it seems he had more to say bad things to say about Obama than good things to say about Mitt Romney, his party’s presidential nominee. That is pretty normal, considering how a few short months ago Santorum himself was a legitimate candidate to get the Republican presidential nomination. Remember how, back then, Romney was a favorite target of the former Pennsylvania senator? It wasn’t long ago that Santorum continuously leveled some pretty harsh criticism at the GOP presidential nominee, something that is worth repeating as Republicans attempt to put on a united front and try to undo the harm done during the primaries. So here are the top five things (in no particular order) that Santorum has said in the past about Romney that he probably really wanted to say Tuesday (but couldn’t, for obvious reasons). That Mitt Romney is a man of zero principles:

That being a businessman doesn’t make you qualified to be president of the United States:
That he’s on the side of Wall Street:
That any other Republican would have been better than Mitt Romney:
