Tea Party Benefactor David Koch Plays a Game of ‘Ask the Right-Wing Billionaire’

Oil tycoon David Koch offered his seemingly unsolicited opinion to a New York Magazine reporter, saying he didn’t think President Obama deserved any credit for taking down Osama bin Laden. Looks like Koch, who funded and helped launch the tea party AstroTurf movement along with his billionaire brother Charles, is upset at the boost in political capital Obama got from the takedown of America’s public enemy No. 1. Topping off the brief interview, Koch called Obama a “hard-core socialist” and confessed, “He’s scary to me.”

Yep, poor Koch is haunted by visions of socialism. Maybe he needs his maid to tuck him in and leave the night light on in his 18-room, $17 million Park Avenue penthouse before he goes to sleep? Will that help him forget that his family made its first nut of wealth working for Stalin—YL

New York Magazine:

He just made the decision, it was obvious where the guy is. He was one of the worst terrorists organizing attacks on the United States. I mean, no president in his right mind would not approve that decision to go eliminate him. So he’s getting a lot of recognition and his polls have jumped up, but his decision was the easiest of them all. The real hard work was done by the intelligence and the SEALs.

David Koch offers yet more proof, as if it were needed, that you don’t have to be smart to be rich. The way the rich are acting these days, someone should do a study to determine to what extent the apparent inverse relationship between wealthy folks and brains exists, it is 90% true, 95% true, more?
Let’s see, there’s Trump, nouveau riche Palin, the Koch Bros., well over 50% of representatives and 90% of senators who are rich and stupid, the entire membership of AIPAC….OMG, could it be 100%.
Is ‘Dumb’ a requisite for wealth? Maybe we should get rid of all the schools and teachers as the rich are proposing…but why would they be doing that, creating all that competition?
Just because they’re stupid?

Well for once I agree with this toad. Until there’s some clear PROOF, some clear EVIDENCE of exactly what went on in that compound and ‘what did they know and when did they know it’ Obama doesn’t deserve any credit for anything. What we have is CIA speak and a convenient, manufactured poll-driven narrative and that, my friends, is not the truth or anything like it.
