Is surprise fraud a different kind of fraud from the expected or anticipated fraud?
Karzai is no fool, he knows what happened to the Shaw (spelling?) of Iran, hence the road and the airport for a quick getaway to his bank in Switzerland.
Is Karzai a Republican?

Karzai has never overseen a legitimate election. For
years his life has been lived in his palace. The only
way out is to an airport which is his private airport,
no one else allowed. The road between the palace and
the airport is his alone - no one else permitted on it.
The man is hated by the Afghan people. The fact that
Report thiswe continue to support him begs credulity. And we
expect the Afghani people to like us?
