AP / Park Ji-ho, Yonhap

South Korean self-propelled guns fire live rounds Thursday during air and ground military exercises in mountainous Pocheon, 20 miles from the border with the North.

North Korea was at the ready with disquieting talk about a “sacred war of justice” on Thursday after South Korea executed elaborate military exercises to demonstrate its prowess near the feuding nations’ shared border.  —KA

BBC:

The drill is one of the largest in South Korea’s history, involving tanks, helicopters and fighter planes.

Tension has been high since North Korea shelled the South’s Yeonpyeong island last month, killing four South Koreans.

South Korean President Lee Myung-bak has promised immediate retaliation to any further Northern attack.

The US and its coalition of the coerced again rattles its sword, spoiling for a fight.

It is depressingly predictable that the US should seek military confrontation, given that the West has no moral authority, and offers nothing of any value to the people.

Maybe if our so-called leaders spoke German and wore swastikas, we would more easily see them for who and what they are.

Yet again another Fine example of US Foreign policy ;egging-on the South Korean Proxies to start a fight with their family to the North. The eastern ‘anchor’ must hold fast and preserve the imperialistic designs of
the west ,because there’s a lot of mammon to be made and a lot of suckers will acquiesce.Well the Axis of Evil is still resisting and the longer that this charade goes on ,the more that the citizens of the Planet will
question who the Axis of Evil actually is and Who gives a shit what a battle on the peninsula will do to Mother Earth.
