Brown’s “before” photos: The Massachusetts senator-elect once shucked his clothes for Cosmo.

He’s already the stuff of “SNL” parodies, so Massachusetts’ newly minted Sen.-elect Scott Brown might as well go ahead and drop the “-elect” part from his title. Brown sent letters to state officials Wednesday prodding them to get on with the election certification process so he could be sworn in Thursday.  —KA

Patrick is planning to certify the results at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, said governor’s spokesman Kyle Sullivan. “This will ensure that Senator-elect Brown’s request to receive the final paperwork by 11:00 a.m. tomorrow is fulfilled,” Sullivan said in an email.

Brown could then travel to Washington for the swearing-in. Top officials in Washington could not be immediately reached for comment to see if they are prepared to conduct the ceremony.

Vice President Joe Biden would have to administer the oath of office.

Run Brown and Pallin and you got a shoe-in with the NasCar crowd, Fox News, Sunday football, WalMart, Teabaggers, gun nuts, American Idol and the MIC. With a little Roving behind the scenes, what more could you want?

Tell ya what!  Gum-flapping better stop on line here and us guys better get crackin’ on the political left and center or it’s curtains for half the amendments of the Constitution and the Lincoln Memorial will go down on the ash-heap of history.

Or would you prefer a yurt in Outer Mongolia?
