Rick Perry’s Texans Are Searching for Herman CainPosted on Oct 10, 2011
According to Google’s data, “four of the top 10 cities with the most searches for [Herman Cain] are major cities right in Texas.” Those would be Austin, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. Cain, the only candidate of color in a Republican field large enough to include two Mormons, has been climbing in the polls while Texas Gov. Rick Perry recently took a big dive. Poll watching is akin to weather predicting, but it’s worth noting that a man who once may have been alone in believing he could win is now in a statistical tie with front-runner Mitt Romney. —PZS Links: Advertisement Previous item: This Just In, Kind Of: NYT Catches Up to Wall St. Protests Next item: Elizabeth Warren Bags $3 Million New and Improved CommentsIf you have trouble leaving a comment, review this help page. The Teapublicans in Texas are in a quandary. They are stuck with a Mormon or a Black to support. For them, it’s a question of which is the lesser of the two evils.

Cain would be the “bizzaro” world version of Obama.
