U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, who was shot in the head during an attack at an Arizona shopping center, is walking and talking, according to doctors, with her condition improving by “leaps and bounds.” —JCL

to remember those people and try to change the gun laws
so that not only mentally deranged people cannot obtain
weapons but the type the magazines that were made
available to him. I know that is only wishful thinking
because as long as we live by the sword we shall perish
by it. The owners of this country the NRA with their
cowboy deranged mentality will have it no other way.

It is always very sad to see a nice person damaged by our deranged society. It seems to me that she was the kind of person who was wanting to fix it, but good people are often disadvantaged here as usual.
