These books were not sold to individuals only,if they were she would have sold a lot less copies like Joe the plumbers book sold less than 10 copies at his book signing.

Diamond: You can get a much less costly and better quality of toilet paper than using her book for that purpose. Even people in the hills prefer corn cobs.
