The State Department has warned Americans not to travel to Pakistan, where the U.S. is running paid advertisements of President Obama and Hillary Clinton condemning the video that has sparked global protests. The filmmaker responsible, meanwhile, finds himself on the wrong end of a $100,000 bounty issued by Pakistani Railways Minister Ghulam Ahmad Bilour, reports the BBC:
