Pakistan to Watch Web for Blasphemous Content

Eagle-eyed Pakistani officials will be fixing their gazes on major websites like Amazon, Yahoo, Google and MSN in an attempt to zero in on, and even block, content that might be considered offensive to Muslims.  —KA

BBC:

YouTube, Amazon, MSN, Hotmail and Bing will also come under scrutiny, while 17 less well-known sites will be blocked.

Officials will monitor the sites and block links deemed inappropriate.

In May, Pakistan banned access to Facebook after the social network hosted a “blasphemous” competition to draw the prophet Muhammad.

I do not care a whit what Pakistan does to its web as long as Mr. Obama does not think that this is a good idea.

LOL.  They have a lot to learn.  The Zionists already block content they find offensive on many websites, including Amazon and Truthdig.

Consider amazon, they routinely delete posts offensive to Zionists from their discussion forums, the posts are deleted and the poster banned.

They also refuse to sell books the Zionists consider offensive, ‘Judaism Discovered’ and ‘The First Holocaust, Jewish Fund Raising Campaigns with Holocaust Claims During World War One’ are two examples.
