NATO Takes Over Part of Libya CampaignPosted on Mar 24, 2011
NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen says his organization is still debating how much of the military assault on Moammar Gadhafi’s regime to take on, but in the meantime member states have agreed to assume command of the no-fly zone. According to a U.S. military official, roughly half of the 350 coalition planes flying over Libya belong to Uncle Sam.

NATO Takes Over Part of Libya Campaign?!
What a silly gimmick intended to deceive the ignorant and the stupid ones! Only smart people know that NATO is the USA and the USA is NATO.
This is like saying Israel is other than the USA! When in fact they are one and the same; only with a difference in the name! In other words, Israel is an extension of the USA and vice versa!
As long as this unholy connection between Zionist Israel and the USA, the USA will eternally be the real enemy of the masses both in the Arab and Muslim world.

Wisdom, me arse.
Go read Un Resolution 1973 before mouthing off in a public forum about what coalition forces can and cannot do, regardless of whether they are part or not of NATO.
They cannot send ground troops into Libya. Of course, the same ruling applied to Lead-head’s invasion of Iraq - for which he did not even blink an eye. Thus the invasion of Iraq was illegal and under international agreements, Dubya can be pursued for committing an illegal action of war against a fellow signatory of the UN Charter.

just a thought…
1) assume mass demonstrations in the US, (unthinkable: ‘merikans are too stupid, brainwashed and gutless)
2) assume these millions, after waking to the enormity of the lies and crimes committed and that voting in a rigged system is useless, marched on congress but the mostly white house to remove all these scoundrels… (just like they’re doing in ME)
DO YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS THAT US LAW ENFORCEMENT PIGS WOULD NOT FIRE WITH LIVE BULLETS ON PROTESTERS to “protect” the fatherland?
We all know they would… and then spin it in the media as somehow justified.
This is all BS.
The french dgse (cia)had snatched Kadhafi’s inner circle Nouri Massoud El-Mesmari in November 2010. Connect the dots… see why sarkonazi wanted to take the lead?
This is all BS, planned a long time ago in tel aviv and J street. pure neocon BS.
And you lemmings are all doing nothing, when now is the time to take up arms and reclaim your country.

NATO members other than the US are too smart to commit themselves to taking part in any mission that involves putting feet on the ground, or fighting Ghaddafi’s ground forces in Libya. In their wisdom, they choose to avoid inciting all the whackos in the Arab world to take retribution, thus they are taking care to protect their citizens and themselves, which is, after all, one of the functions of government.
Report thisAnd their economies are not so screwed-up that they need the stimulus of a war, unlike the US, which keeps three full-time plus several ‘covert’ wars going to satisfy it’s Military/Industrial/Security complex and their lobbyists.

Since the US “is” NATO, this is a distinction without a difference. Lafayette is right. The US military doesn’t take orders from anyone but the President. Even if Obama decides to let some committee in Brussels call the shots, the orders will come through him.

You need English lessons if you infer the above from what is written.
It means that that NATO is taking over Air Traffic Control over the no-fly zone and uniquely the no-fly zone (which happens NOT to include a great deal of Libya).

That means the u.s. is directing this invasion. The u.s. in any
ostensible multi-lateral operation will call the shots. The u.s.
does not let any other country tell the u.s. military, what to do.
U.S. troops on the ground within a week. Congratulations o you
