More States to Join Arizona in Annals of Immigration Infamy?Posted on Jul 7, 2010
The conflict is still raging over Arizona’s oppressive SB 1070 immigration law, to say the least—we’re talking lawsuit-from-the-White-House-level conflict here—but that’s not stopping at least three other states from inching closer to potentially passing similar legislation in coming months. —KA

Patrickhenry is right the Feds can`t sue the state in behalf of foreigners. Yet Obama a constitutional lawyer-maybe wants his new puppet in the supreme court to bend the rules for him, next year when Obama would have it all set up, but Arizona ruined Obama`s plans and Obama as we all know is a sour looser, revengefull, nasty temper veiled by this cool collective attitude. I bet when the sh_t hits the fan Obama Panics behind closed doors. Through all his make up and hair dos, you can still see the aging and stress. His Face changes when talking of Israel and Arizona-sore loser.

Clearly an 11th amendment issue where the federal government is acting on the behalf of illegals from other nations.
“ The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State. ”
If Obama wins this court cast the entire set of amendments to the Constitution and the guarentees they espouse are in danger.

Memories, I`ve been an immigrant all my life, starting at 8 years old. Then again at 18 years old, then again at 38, again at 45 years old now living in Mexico since 1984, Cancun since 1991. I can`t understand why so many Mexicans want to hug the border when opportunity runs rampid in the interior. If Mexico is bad I would have went back to Hawaii, yet its only those who want to get something for nothing that hug the boreder. Drugs, blood money, is easy for some, why it takes an immigrant like me, here in Mexico, to see the opportunities of this land. I agree with Arizona, I say deporting 12 million is not as hard as they say, ask the Turks when they marched out Armenians, learn from others, mistakes and all. Any country tha allows 20 million people of different language, religion, culture and LAWS, to invade another country without declaring War! All the rest are excuses, like poverty, no jobs, no pay etc. I live Here it`s just not so, media doesn`t cover the good only the 26000 dead hugging the border. Shamefull, Mexican immigration very strict, USA could learn if they were`nt so arrogant. Drugs is the attraction, not jobs. America the home of fast money remember easy rider movie- Peter Fonda and the late Dennis Hopper, that was fast money cocaine in 1968, little has changed in this arena. Change comes from the individual, “Do the right thing” in the right way.

The U.S. Justice Department is filing a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of
Arizona’s new law targeting illegal immigrants. This sets the stage for a clash
between the federal government and Arizona over the SB1070 immigration
crackdown.
Do you think the feds have a valid case? Are you happy that republican governor
of Arizona will be spending millions of dollars in taxpayer money to defend they
law?

The old Amex ad where it said, “Don’t leave home without it” aptly applies to future life in Arizona except in place of a credit card you’ll need your ID. Police can’t request to see your ID unless they stop you for some infraction of the law which is quite easy to do. Jay walking is a favorite one and if you are stopped and can’t produce proper ID you can be detained until you can obtain your ID. People have spent many hours at the station waiting to contact family to bring their ID and if they can’t contact someone immediately they’ll be the overnight guest of the particular jurisdiction. And the thing that really hurts is that when the ID is finally produced the police then write the citation. So in Arizona when the law takes effect——don’t leave home without ID!

Wow! Don`t you just Love It.
Report thisNow Mex-Immigration is a Zionist Plot,
headed by Obomba,
the drone clone.
Israel is so busy that they can`t consider the 26, ooo dead at the Mex-Am border,
a Party that started without them,
Busy grazing in Gaza.
however the WALL that separates suicide bombers from normal life,
this too Obama is considering,
98.5 percent of suicide bombs were stopped by the WALL.
So you can`t blame Mexican Labor, Immigration or tortillas on Jews-Zionists-Israelis.
Yet I do appreciate the attempt to give Zionist credit for 20 million illegals,
Amnesty is the Tapestry of the OBOMBA Clan.

Last time I checked, illegally crossing an international border is not the definition of immigration. If the Federal government is charged with overseeing immigration, fine. But local law enforcement agencies have all the authority they need to protect their respective communities with regards to crime.
I would argue that this is not an immigration issue, but a law enforcement issue. The executive branch is in no position to sue Arizona because the executive branch itself is currently in serious violation of US law.
When did it become acceptable to enforce a law only when you liked that law or when it is popular? The fact is immigration laws are on the books, and an overwhelming majority of the US population support those immigration laws. It is not optional on the part of the executive branch to enforce those laws or any other US law.
I would not hesitate to call for the resignation or impeachment of any elected or appointed officlal who does not respect and enforce US law. Most laws are written for the purpose of protecting rights, and if one law can be ignored, then eventually any law can be ignored. When laws can be ignored at will, individual rights would be non-existent.
When governments become the source of our rights, then they can be the source of eliminating our rights. For this reason, I choose to live by the words “we are endowed by our creator with certain unalienable rights”, much to the chagrin of my lefty, neo-communist friends.

10th Amendment issue. States are selectively enforcing laws already on the books.
Our federal government is overstepping its constitutional boundaries by interfering in local politics and police action. Suprisingly I have heard very little from the victims of this action and I’m sure legions of lawyers are at the border looking to make a buck.
Legal immigrants have to carry green cards to prove they are here legally and surrender them upon request. In years past they had to attend classes, learn english and know our history before they were made citizens.
What happened?

Hopefully the Federal government’s obvious desire to not enforce immigration laws, and to thwart and effective action that the states take to enforce immigration laws, will result in an awaking on the American people to the Zionist takeover of the US government.

States are reacting to a failure at the Federal level. We need to address the root cause of mass migration from Latin America. People do not leave their homes to work at landscapers in America because its their dream job. They leave because we’ve destroyed their livelihood via NAFTA and the farm products that followed.
States that face severe problems from illegal immigration have a right to react. I personally do not know everything that is involved in the Arizona law but I believe a response is necessary. The Arizona law seems like its over the top but a response is justified.
I am not against legal immigration. Several of my friends are recent immigrants who followed the procedures to become American citizens. People who do not follow our laws to become citizens are in fact criminals. They enter the country illegally and do not deserve amnesty simply because they worked here ILLEGALLY.
If someone decides to respond please do not throw out the race card. If you have to rely on that then you simply have no reason argument to make in your support of illegal immigration into this country.
