Elena Kagan is almost through the wringer, awaiting a Senate vote later this week on her Supreme Court nomination. Hers has been a fairly uneventful vetting process, and judging by the mood on Capitol Hill on Wednesday, she’ll soon be sporting a black robe. —KA

marriage, the construction of an Islamic center near
that nine-year old empty space (aka World Trade
Center),“debating” on ending the invasion/occupation of
Iraq/Afghanistan, fantasizing about invading Iran while
that bastard love child of Ariel Sharon and Golda
Meir(unqualified nominee) lands confirmation for a
lifetime appointment to the US Supreme Court.
