Immigration Debate Finds Center In PhoenixPosted on Jan 15, 2010
A huge rally will converge in Phoenix on Saturday with activists calling for federal action to address Arizona’s immigration problems. At the center of it all is Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, a man accused of racial profiling in his notorious crusade against undocumented immigrants. Many see Arizona as ground zero in the ongoing national debate over illegal immigration and immigrants’ rights. —JCL

hello. a real life G.I.Joe sheriff- seems he may be a little confused. his policies are commendable, but his tactics are alarming. too many liberties are collaterally infringed upon, if not violated, by swarm and net tactics. try a more orderly campaign, and i will completely support the effort. making illegals flee your perimeter, and establishing your beach head, gets the same result without the harm.
