Google to Hand Over Data Collected During Photo-MappingPosted on Jun 6, 2010
Google said it will hand over wireless network data that was collected by fleets of vehicles shooting photographs for the search giant’s Street View mapping service as it tries to resolve a privacy row with European regulators. Regulatory agencies elsewhere, including Canada and the U.S., are also probing into the matter. —JCL

The corporate assault on our privacy reflects an absolute, unabated, and unholy grab for power and control. Unless these perps feel the fear that only the people can project then their ugly behaviors will increase. The backlash is likely to be very personal. No corporate executive should feel beyond the reach of the people.
