Decision Points
gawker.com

Actually, it may not be possible to fully get ready for this sort of thing, but George W. Bush is gearing up to release his memoir, “Decision Points,” which apparently needs no subtitle to complicate matters. We’re talkin’ ’bout the Decider, people! And now, let the jokes begin. —KA

BBC:

The book, Decision Points, will offer “never-before-heard detail” on some of the key events of Mr Bush’s presidency, Crown Publishers announced.

Due for release in November, the book also covers Mr Bush’s family life.

The former Texas governor left office in 2009 with one of the lowest presidential approval ratings ever.

WOW !! Memoir by GW? Memory !! He has one? I have to believe he’s been talking to Sarah Palin. Found that he doesn’t really have to write the book, just has to put his name and picture on it. It will make him lots of money AND he can run for President of the USA. WOW! I bet he thinks this time he can do this without Cheney, or can he? Maybe Cheney will ghost write the book and he won’t have to remember anything except to pick up his money. GEEZ! Just like old times again. Maybe his daughters will come back and visit him again, and his dog will leave WMD’s all over the lawn, and he won’t have to pick them up. What a great country—Thanks Sarah.

Did the same person who wrote Palin’s book write this book too? Just asking.

Bush was a front man for Big Oil, the munitions dealers and Israel.  He may have been a weak fool but he made for a useful one.

You just nailed that one out of the ball park. Isn’t strange how the rogue state of Israel is deeply involved in anything that is detrimental to the U.S. republic?

It’s humorous now, but 100 years from when historians finally get all the facts without the spin, then it won’t be so funny.  Very close to the worst presidency yet.

Oh, I disagree.  About 5 years in I thought GWB was neck and neck with James Buchanan and John Tyler for the Worst President Ever, beating out such incompetents as US Grant, WG Harding, Nixon and Reagan.

But by years 6 and 7, I was convinced that GWB had actually surpassed Buck and Ty as THE WORST PRESIDENT EVER!  I thought Nixon couldn’t be beat. Then Reagan came along. I thought Reagan couldn’t be beat and GHWB and WJC didn’t even come CLOSE to beating RR. Then came GWB and it was GAME OVER!

But wait: I can actually see Palin or Gingrich doing eve more damage that Dubya!

Republitool.  And, then there’s the current, “articulate” Demotool.  Got War?  Check.  Got plans for a strike against Iran?  Check.  Oh, the big oil thing?  Maybe not so much.  Just helpin’ out little ‘ol Goldman Sachs and our “free market/capitalist system.”

Enjoy the bread.  Enjoy the circus.

Anyone that can say: “I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully,” is way ahead of Stephen Hawking.  The book could be a great hit if it was written in Bushenglish—I would certainly read i!

I knew he could sign his name, I didn’t know he could write.

I’m sure there will be several thousands sitting in attics around the GOP theatre.

Other copies can be given to 3rd world countries for cooking fuel.

W was not as stupid as he pretended. Stupidity is a defense, personal and legal (at least as far as a jury is considered).

I wonder how he will handle the 120 overnight visits by the male (homosexual) hustler and the evidence that he was using stimulants in office (illicit drugs, gottit?). I doubt he will cover those issues, although we all know about them already.

You fake liberals/leftists/progressives can be as
snarky towards Georgie-boy’s book all you want, but his
reich pushed almost all of their agenda through
Congress without any real opposition from you wine-
sipping bastards that involved getting away from your
keyboards. See you mo-fos in the FEMA camps.

Plans are to package it in fours, each cylindrical in shape, with the pages conveniently wrapped around a central (empty) cardboard tube.  “Friends of the Sears Catalogue” are planning protests…..

I hear he’s been working on it since leaving office and it’s coming along nicely. He’s already got all the pages numbered.

Of course, he’s had a little help.

Gonna be one small library - The George W. Bush Memorial Library contents: “Decision Points” by George W. Bush. Listed under fiction.

This will no doubt be a picture book. Will he draw the pics himself or paste them
from magazines?
Not funny is that the thug will probably make a ton of money from it.
