Mubarak’s Enforcer Goes on TrialPosted on Mar 5, 2011
Just days after President Hosni Mubarak resigned his seat of power in Egypt, former Interior Minister Habib el-Adly was arrested on charges of corruption. His trial began Saturday in Cairo. El-Adly remains under investigation for his role in the use of deadly force by police during last month’s uprising.
