No get-out-of-jail-free card for former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay.  A Texas court upheld a felony indictment for DeLay on charges of money laundering in connection with a 2002 Texas election. A separate indictment for criminal conspiracy was dismissed. Read the full story.

    Maybe someone aught to follow the money to NH Phonejaming fiasco or 2002, with Bush’s former New England campaign chairman, James Tobin, former state republican party chairman,Chuck McGee, Allen Raymond, based GOP Market place LLC.
    The 15,000.00 GOP marketplace to donations the party received from Tom Delay PAC and Indian Tribes represented by Abramoff. Just some thought.
