Cheney is probably 1 of the ‘10 most hated’ people on the planet & Nigeria could have kept it just under a billion & make it work- those folks- Cheney/KBR have deep pockets & will write the bulk of the amount off/on the American taxpayers back anyway.

Recipe for getting filthy rich:
Report thisCheat, lie, exploit and steal other people’s

governments are corrupt.
Keep the details secret.
Punish inquirers and truth-seekers like WikiLeaks.
Make investigative reporting illegal.
Buy off the opposition as cheaply as possible.
Don’t look back.

Rae, fear not, Dick Cheney evolved from the same branch as did the crocodile and snakes. Didn’t you see the family resemblance? It is more prevalent when Dick smiles, note the teeth and unlike his fellow Boehner who inherited the tears of said crocodile.
Nigeria has proven what a cheap whore it really is. And they only got 250 million.

Cheney should be dragged into the gutter and kicked and spit on until he begs for us to stop, and only then should he be waterboarded for info.

Is a real shame this criminal will never be held to account for what he has done in his life time. He will be known as the man more responsible then any other for destroying the credibility of the United States thru out the world. He will also be a glaring example of an uninformed populace and how to take advantage of that.

....It took Nigeria, to investigate Tin man Cheney, for bribery and corruption, the country
most Americans associate with Internet bank schemes. Probably as I write this
Haliburton is wire transferring the money into a bank account there.
Here’s hoping that W. Will be next. This may be an unexpected downside of
globalization, for the royalty of Americas plutocracy, facing International charges by
governments they don’t own. Nigeria doesn’t need the money, their swimming in oil.
While Cheny’s bribes may have been an attempt at a down payment on ownership,
instead it may have been one reason the Nigerians turned to the communist Chinese for
help in developing their oil industry. The amount of money this sad fact cost Haliburton
is staggering.
Still bribery, of foreign governments, by a US corporation is a violation of the law in this
Report thiscountry. So the question arises, will the justice department, attempt to do it’s job? Or
has Haliburton already taken care of that?

cheney is a hillbilly educated beyond his capacity to understand.

seems to me that this whole PNAC project is too goddamned dumb to believe in… the people who dreamed it up are most likely the last people who have any faith in it, and they’ve got to be laughing up their sleeves at the rest of us, as they suck every last dime out israeli america.
although i have to admit that a hillbilly kid like cheney might be dumb enough to believe… which is why he’d be so valuable to the project.

“this was and still is a master deception to most people.”
dont know how good my antennas are, but it seems to me that more people are becoming aware of the logic of the situation.
i’ve got a certain amount of faith in the power of truth and logic and all that stuff, but it might take 50 years for the truth to become undeniable.
meanwhile, we’ve got all these people with tons of money, tons of power, cramming lies down our throats.
despite the lies, it’s gonna be duck soup for the historians to figure out.
too bad we dont have access to history books from… say… 2100.

so, given bunnypants’ flakiness, it’s a good thing the neocons had cheney around to ride herd on the poor little feller.

probly be a good thing to keep the chronology in mind…
1997 PNAC founded, cheney being a founding member, nominal founders being bill kristol and robert kagan
1999 cheney speaks of peak oil in london… did the rest of PNAC know about imminent peak oil?
sept 2000 PNAC says they need a new pearl harbor to get their project off the ground
dec 2000 supremes declare bunnypants winner of the presidential election
jan 2001 bunnypants inauguration; rumsfeld, cheney, and dozens of PNAC/AEI neocons installed into positions where they can make their new pearl harbor happen
sept 2001 bunnypants apparently believes the crap he’s spouts in the immediate aftermath of 9/11, but during the runup to the iraq war, it appears that the truth is dawning on him, and he seems close to losing it.

you gots to admit that it’s pretty comical that nigeria drops bribery charges against cheney after they’ve been bribed another few hundred million bucks.
oh well
.
i’m sure that cheney thinks he has been doing his best to secure america against peak oil production, even if he had to participate in the new pearl harbor that PNAC wanted… cheney being a charter member of PNAC.
after all, you have to break eggs to make an omelette.
cheney, you may remember, made that speech to the london institute of petroleum in 1999, showing that he fully understood what was going on with the oil situation.

The man is evil.
That’s worse than being just untrustworthy, dishonest and immoral. From what I’ve read, I conclude that he seems to have all those characterists. What clinches it for me is his shifty-eyed, sweet-talking, relentlessly cunning attitude, combined with a complete absence of humility and overriding abundance of arrogance.
It’s my opinion the man wouldn’t understand TRUTH if it was carefully explained to him. I believe that he firmly believes that honesty and fair play is for suckers. You may ask how I know. My answer is I don’t. Sometimes hard evidence is difficult, if not impossible to obtain. Sometimes you just have to go on instinct - that gut feeling. He clearly is a genius at concocting strategies to ensure he comes out on top no matter what pile of humanity he must clobber to achieve that end.
I believe Dick Cheney is a sociopath of the most dangerous kind - a smart one. His is NOT an antisocial personality - just the opposite - he oozes smarm and charm. But I feel sure he’s devoid of any kind of genuine social conscience or sense of responsibility towards the welfare of his fellow human beings.
Dick Cheney makes me ashamed to have evolved along the same evolutionary branch.

When you pay somebody $250 million to drop bribery charges isn’t that bribery also? Or extortion? Or some kind of crime?

$250 million, money is no object to Halliburton, Nigeria should have held out for the full $500 million that Halliburton was prepared to pay for their Cheney——so Halliburton wheeled a deal in their protection of blood stained Cheney.
