Roadside Bombs Kill 7 U.S. Soldiers in Afghanistan

One of Monday’s deadly bombings occurred in the southern Afghan city of Kandahar.

On Monday, two bomb strikes claimed the lives of seven American troops in southern Afghanistan, bringing the three-day death toll of U.S. forces to 14, according to the BBC.

BBC:

Five troops were killed by a roadside bomb in one incident while two others died in a separate bomb attack ... .

Witnesses in Kandahar said a US Army vehicle hit a bomb in the early afternoon, the Associated Press said.

... Meanwhile, the governor of the Lalpor District in Nangarhar Province was killed by a car bomb in the city of Jalalabad on Monday, according to police spokesman Ghafor Khan.

At least the bad guys aren’t using hi tech drones and other precision weapons against us. Think how much deader our guys would be if they were.

Shouldn’t be there to be killed to begin with. Bush’s illegal wars are costing lives on all sides and trillions of taxpayer dollrs, but not costing him a damn thing. Obama is just as bad, if not worse, as he campaigned on getting us out, but has yet to do it.
