“Speaking about climate change is not a matter of intellectual luxury—the phenomenon is an actual fact.”

Osama bin Laden has found a new cause—the environment. Criticizing the U.S. and other industrial economies, bin Laden has released an audiotape that blames former President George W. Bush for not signing the Kyoto treaty and global corporations for their environmental degradation. —JCL

Al-Jazeera:

Osama bin Laden, the al-Qaeda leader, has condemned the US and other industrial economies, holding them responsible for the phenomenon of climate change.

In an audio tape obtained by Al Jazeera, bin Laden criticised George Bush, the former US president, for rejecting the Kyoto pact and condemned global corporations.

“This is a message to the whole world about those responsible for climate change and its repercussions - whether intentionally or unintentionally - and about the action we must take,” bin Laden said.

Max,

Very stupid( for those msm folks) and very somnolent and
apathetic for most of the rest of us otherwise we would or some
of us would have organized and at least protested by general
strikes, peaceable civil disobedience and other ways up to the
last resort of revolution, but the addiction to the msm, the
‘comforts of life and consumerism’ have a most intoxicating
affect.

Oh, I forgot to mention boycott but that could come under general strikes.

There is something strange about bin Ladin’s patterns, the CIA of the United States always hears from him in an election year for the United States, when they invariably come up with a bin Ladin audio tape and drag it out to be discussed with pictures for added emphasis.  Could it be bin Ladin favors the United States conservatives?

Did you hear the latest? OBL says New Yorkers are being ripped off by the MTA and that we should rebel!  Wow, that’s amazing!

One thing I don’t understand, though, is how could OBL claim credit for the crotch bomber who failed to even blow his own nuts off?  It just doesn’t make sense.

Anything else I could say was said by Diamond, January 31 at 5:12 am.  How stupid do they think we are?

Kinda besmirches the U.S.A. and the other uncooperative
developed nations to have ol binny come out speaking for
environmental responsibility.

But if I know these aristocratic developed countries, it will just
slide off of their backs like shit through a goose.

This takes on a whole new meaning about fighting global envronmental terrorism.

Next, the Nobel for Osama.

The actor posing as the “dead” OBL is deserving an Oscar for longest running fiction.

More crap. This article raises three questions:

1. Will this bullshit ever end or will it go on forever, the way it did in ‘1984’.

2. Exactly how stupid do the editors of ‘Truthdig’ think the public is?

3. Does the Ministry of Fear have anyone on hand to replace Osama bin laden when the fear turns to farce, as it already has?

Exploding underpants and a ‘terrorist’ who allies himself with Noam Chomsky and the environment? God, could they be any more obvious? It’s like the anthrax letters: they’re so stupid they only sent them to Democrat Senators and gee, we’re all so dumb we can’t work out that means the people who sent them are working for the far right: namely the Republican scumbags and their disgusting friends in the CIA. Send in the clowns-don’t worry they’re already here! And here. And here. And there and there and there.

I think Wayne Madsen has a thought-provoking take on “Bin Laden’s” latest message: Osama Bin Laden = Emmanuel Goldstein (the fictive “enemy of the state” in Orwell’s “1984”).

Imagine that you’re the black propaganda arm of the American ruling class, the CIA. What’s your primary objective? I should think it would be to discredit the Left unceasingly, and/or anyone else who poses a threat to capitalist Business As Usual—such as environmentalists.

So “Osama” (dead long ago according to many sources) gives a ringing endorsement to the environmental movement, quoting from Noam Chomsky in the process.

Mission Accomplished.

Whew! An Al Gore with cojones! Not just anthropogenic climate change (ACC), but American climate change (ACC2), maybe more specifically even, white, European climate change. Man, is this Bin Laden nuts or what? Not only does he espouse the worst of his own religion, but he now has adopted the worst of our own pseudo-scientific world-view. It’s like someone dying from HCV liver damage going out and catching HIV. Bin Laden is screwed.

Osama has been used by many to influence our policies.  I find this amazing given that he has been dead since December of 2001. Those that have used him since to keep us in a state of war and spread imperialism have perpetrated this great crime.

How can the right wing get so lucky?

there is justice in Palestine.
Its true whitey screwed up the globe.
