ban together to keep Obama off of the ballot in 2012.
That’s what states rights is all about. They want their
country back. Not to 1963 but to 1863.

If this attack on the 14th amendment is passed, and citizenship is not a right, does that mean we can deny citizenship to generations upon generations of white “settlers” who also came to this country “illegally” many moons ago? It seems to me that this is fundamentally what this law is seeking to do…right? Or is just effective towards Mexicans? I mean, if we are punishing you for what your parents did, then I guess it’s only fair that white people born here of once illegal ancestors should also be included. Or is “fair” a bad word to use these days?

Yet, if you are born on an Indian Reservation, you are not a citizen of the united States.Ask the Dept. of the Interior,before the Tea Party/GOP dismantle it.It was announced that the B.I.A.-Bureau of Indian Affairs(or as it is known in Indian Country, the Bastards in Action) was on the chopping block by the new GOP, the same BIA who are claiming to hold the monies that this government promised to pay to the indigenous for the land, which they really didn’t. And just whose pockets will that money owed to the Indians end up in? Also did you know that according to the government that there are no Native Americans/Indians in the state of Ohio? This is true according to the PTB. There are NO FEDERALLY recognized Indian tribes in the state of Ohio, but there are tribes of Indians in the state of Ohio and I know many of them. So you see, it is easy to eliminate whole groups of people by simply refusing to acknowledge they exist.
There is talk of denying citizenship to those children born here whose parents are legal.I recently heard political talk about questioning the status of those of us who have have been legal born in the U.S.A. to generations of legal born U.S. citizens. My family has been legal citizens of this country for well over 150 years, yet some southern Repug has talked about rescinding the citizenship of us legal born American claiming just because you are legal and your parents are also, doesn’t guarantee you will be recognized as an American. SO if I had anymore children, they could deny them citizenship as an American even though I am legal. Nice.
Now think about that. You could be born here, worked and paid into the retirement/unemployment systems of this country all of your life and when you need those paid for safety nets your money paid into, some upstart radical congress critter may make it the law that YOU are no longer a legal citizen and therefore not entitled to collect into the system you paid into. They are already trying to steal what is left in these accounts, just think what it would mean to strip you of all of your rights and toss you to the trash heap as they raid what is left of your Social Security.
It is the wet dream of all the Repugs, T.P.er’s and the elite to take what is left from the middle class and the poor to try to survive on and stuff their overflowing coffers with even more booty. Yeah, I can see them getting the groundwork that is already laid into implantation just around the bend.
America, how can you claim you are the greatest nation in the world, have you not looked at your recent actions and behaviors? What makes you think we are the best, what proof do you have?
Not only do they grow them crazy in Ohio, they really grow them rogue in Arizona. Another state to avoid.

It never fails to amaze me that the same people who want to convey full citizenship rights on the unborn are looking to deny them to those actually born in the USA….but “Oh, we’re not racists, oh no!”
Yes, you sure as hell are.
Plus denying citizenship to a child born in the USA because of his parents’ action goes against the spirit of the Constitution when it says there can be no “corruption of the blood”.
Article III, Section 3, Paragraph 2:
“The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.”
IOW, the sins of your parents cannot be put on YOUR head. Therefore, regardless of what your parents did or their status.
Combine that with Amendment 14, Section 1:
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
and you have a totally illegal and unconstitutional law being proposed in Arizona.
Again, you can’t have it both ways. Unborn children can’t have full citizenship rights when born children have them seized through NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN!

According to the (GAO) General Accounting Office. For every (1) dollar spent by illegal immigrants, they take back (3) dollars in public entitlements and send $$$Billions of dollars out of the country. Of course taking a long shot be taking the 14th Amendment before the Supreme Court is a risk, but one things for sure that they may not overrule the law governing illegal immigration. The Mother or Father are here illegally and so they have no rights at all and must be deported with or without the child. Sorry I have more compassion for our own hurting citizens, not the 300, 000 annually that come here and then pilfer the welfare state. When every day US citizens and legal non-citizens who are rightfully here have been uprooted from their jobs, only to find a illegal alien has stepped into that spot lowering wages. In these type of circumstances it is the displaced workers duty to report this suspicious activity to ICE.
