Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad flashes a V sign during a Hezbollah rally in the southern border town of Bint Jbeil, Lebanon, on Thursday.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad made quite a provocative gesture by staging a pro-Hezbollah rally at a Lebanese border town near Israel on Thursday—a scene that was not lost on the Israeli military.  —KA

AP via Google News:

Ahmadinejad, who has repeatedly said Israel should be wiped off the map and denied the Holocaust, vowed that “resistance” forces will liberate Palestinians from Israeli control. The U.S. and Israel called his visit to the border region of southern Lebanon a provocation.

“The world should know that Zionists will perish,” he said at a rally in the border village of Bint Jbeil, which was one of the hardest-hit areas in the 2006 Israeli-Hezbollah war. It has since been rebuilt with the help of heavy investments from Iran.

“Occupied Palestine will be liberated from the filth of occupation by the strength of resistance and through the faith of the resistance,” Ahmandinejad said to the crowd waving a sea of Lebanese, Iranian and Hezbollah flags.

The Americans and British had their own star propagandists that lied just as much
as Goebbels.  But when your on the winning side your lies aren’t talked about.

Of course he did not say it.

But the gringos and israelis have enshrined the nazi Goebbels minister of propaganda as the be-all and end-all (as in final solution?) and follow his dicta slavishly that if you tell a lie over and over it becomes the turht—and the bigger lie the more willing folks are to believe it.

Go, Ahmadinejad!!!

The ass(-ociated) press, are such liars, and full of sh*t.  Ahmadinejad did NOT ever say that, “israel should be wiped off the map”.

Who says Americas hands are tied over the settlements?
Altho Obama said he couldnt do anything about the Israeli settlements in
Jerusalem,  Im sure, if he asked nicely, M. Amadinejad would allow Obama US military flights over Iran for an air strikes on Tel Aviv.
A shallower commitment would be to cut off U.S. military aide, like those freebie F35s that Israel is getting.

Its unfortunate Americans are so uninformed about certain facts.  The US has
been attacking Iran one way or another for more than fifty years.  Here is a
short history of our relations with that country.

* In 1941 England attacks and occupies Iran.

* In 1953 the US and Great Britain overthrow the democratically elected
government of Iran and installs the Shah of Iran, a dictator

* In 1979 Iran overthrows the Shah.  The Shah’s government was known for
modernization, but also torture.  Iran held 50 American embassy workers
fearing their new government would be overthrown by Americans again.  The
USA said the Americans were “hostages”.  The people who overthrew Iran’s
government in 1953 operated from the American embassy also.  Iran released
the 50 Americans one year later.

* In the early 1980’s after Iraq attacked Iran, twice Secretary of State Donald
Rumsfeld met with Saddam Hussein and shook his hand to seal a deal to supply
Iraq with weapons for its war against Iran.  You can watch a video of the
meeting on youtube.

* In 1988 during the war between Iran and Iraq the US shoots down an Iranian
civilian airliner killing three hundred people.  According to the US this was an
accident, but the first President Bush refuses to apologize for the incident

* in 1991 the US turns on its former ally Iraq and attacks the country while
demonizing its leader.  Years later in 2003 the USA has Saddam and his son
murdered by the new gov’t it installed, while saying Saddam was a new Hitler
and his son a serial rapist

*  The second President George Bush calls Iran part of the “axis of evil” during
his reign.  When Iran’s President Ahmadinejad says he wants to pay his respects
to the American 9/11 victims he is verbally attacked by American leaders and
called a terrorist himself.

* Iran is a member of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty and as allowed by
that treaty is pursuing the peaceful use of nuclear power (Iran claims its
research is for peaceful purposes and it does not want nuclear weapons).  But
for several years now, the USA and our ally Israel have been threatening Iran
with an attack on the country. Israel is a country that is known to have 150 or
more nuclear weapons, its nuclear program is completely secretive and with
American support is not a part of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty.

Until the war started, the NAZIS didn’t behave this bad and by all rights
Americans should have to pay for this criminal behavior, although most of the
blame can be put at the foot of the Jewish lobby.

If the US stops its unconditional support for Israel, peace would certainly prevail in the region and American taxpayers would afford paying their housing mortgages

“For each action there is a reaction similar to it nature and opposite to it in direction!” This is not only a law of nature, but a natural law of human nature in reacting to arrogant power, corruption and falsehood.

So those who are in the business of demonizing leaders like Ahmadinejad should look themselves in the mirror and realize that it’s mostly their evil policies and attitudes that are responsible for creating a revolutionary man like Ahmadinejad who represents a natural reaction to their evil ways!

Israel and US, if you think yourselves to be the doctors of this world, then, o you sick doctors, heal thyselves first!

Charlie very much hit it on the nose. Figures like Ahmadinejad probably wouldn’t even be that popular in the region if we stopped invading, looting, bombing and destroying countries in the Middle East, supporting puppet dictators in Jordan, Egypt and Saudi Arabia and backing Israel’s colonial terror.
