Did the CIA torture an Iranian diplomat?  The Red Cross head in Tehran says he saw wounds on Jalal Sharafi’s body—and after the Bush administration’s defense of torture, anything is possible.

BBC:

The head of the International Red Cross in Tehran says he saw wounds on an Iranian diplomat who has alleged that US forces in Iraq tortured him.

Peter Stoeker said there were marks on Jalal Sharafi’s feet, legs, back and nose but he was unable to say if they were the result of torture.

Iranian media quoted Mr Sharafi saying the CIA tortured him “day and night.”

Attention Christians.  Not only have this administrations policies been carried out in our name as Americans, but more specifically as right wing evangelical Christian Americans. There is always distortion, and exageration in our political debate, but the trail of denial, coverup and secrecy of this administration leads all thinking persons to desire the truth to come out. If this is torture, commited on our behalf, we must speak out, confess, repent, and make restitution where possible.

Torture is the official policy ogf the Bush adminstration. Edi Amin Gonzales the nations top liar has approved torture as a means of interrogation. Maybe congress should do to him what he approved the CIA to do to others. Bush has proved again why his adminstration is the worst in the history of this once great nation. If the military and their families continue to support thier lies and failed policy, then their moral character is as bad as his.
