Back in the day: Sarah Palin appears at a McCain-Palin rally at O’Fallon, Mo., during the 2008 presidential campaign.

Could she be a contender? In the eyes of the voting public, that remains to be seen. For her part, Sarah Palin isn’t giving any clear signals that she plans to make a play for the White House in 2012, but in her customary fashion, she’s not exactly answering that question directly and completely either.  —KA

Reuters:

Palin spoke to TV talk show hostess Oprah Winfrey as she began the roll-out to her memoir, “Going Rogue: An American Life.” Palin made clear she wanted to concentrate on the 2010 congressional elections in which Republicans hope to make inroads into Democratic majorities in the U.S. Congress.

“I’m concentrating on 2010 and making sure that we have issues to tackle,” Palin said in the interview taped last week and broadcast on Monday. “I don’t know what I’m going to be doing in 2012. (Running for president is) not on my radar screen right now.”

If this woman becomes the president of the US, American citizen can kiss goodbye to any left respect they have from the world. Wake up people, this woman is an idiot. The rest of the world does not want to even talk to her. It is hard to believe that she is seriously being considered. It says volumes about how low the great US as gone down. Too bad.

I really hope the Republican party nominates Ellie Mae Clampett and her husband Jethro to represent their party in 2012. Obama will win reelection in a landslide. It will be fun to see a campaign of winks, you betcha, darn, gosh, dog gone it along with the underlying racist tone of our America, our values, and our country, all wrapped around the flag ,the gun and god. It will be the confederacy verses the union all over again. Annie I mean Sarah get you gun.

I’m so sick and tired of this. Almost every politician to run for president in the last 40 years has run as an outsider. But for the people their names are just an ever growing list of despair, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton.

But once they got there it was business as usual, and that’s the problem. We can’t have business as usual anymore, because the corporations can no longer be in charge or we’re done for.

Palin is just another, in a long line of her “kin”, to run against Washington, as an outsider, coached by some political advisor, to stay on TV, and to keep on giving them the finger. I guarantee, that the same stories about her that ran 1 year ago, will still be running in 3 years.

Only one thing should be clear from this, that the people’s 40 years of hate for Washington is undimmed, and growing louder with each passing moment.

One day someone, will come along who is not just another manipulative crook, but really plans a revolution for this country, then Washington and all those who lobby, will really tremble, hopefully that day is not far away.

Who brought this idiot to the attention of John McCain??????  Well it was super duper neocon zionist traitor Bill Kristol…..  She was the perfect shill for the neocons…total and complete puddy to be molded in whatever way they chose….

I watch this woman for the same reason I watch Nascar racing…  For the crashes…  “Please Sarah please say something incredibly stupid.”  She always comes through…  For that I give her credit…

With Carrie Prejean aiding and abetting Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann we
only need one more right wing harpie and we’ll have The Four Whores of the
Apocalypse.

Yup .... she’s concentrating on 2010 - she DOES want that talk show like Oprah and Huckabee.  She is consistent to a fault:  she’s the most avaricious female in politics right now.  If Palin has any thoughts about 2012, it’s surely about how much cash she can stash between then and now.

How about this for a nightmare 2012 ticket:

Sarah Palin and Liz Cheney

How history repeats.  Rome had its Circus Maximus, chariot races - often deadly contests designed to titillate the masses (the deadlier the better) designed to divert their attention from their collapsing empire.

We have political races to titillate the masses (and profit the media.)  In 2012 Republican primaries? Palin vs. that year’s American Idol.
