Warfare, economic, political, but especially fomenting discontent to use as a causis belli “demanding” US er, NATO armed intervention, occupation, and US darlings willingly sell their own country out for a pallet or two of $100 dollar bills.  Appoint a puppet, recognize his “government” with [promised or real, albeit sham] elections, “protect” him with a US-trained National Guard (more beholden to their “trainers”) and voila:  Someone who will sign over the store, so the US can steal it fair and square, (after a bit of strong-arm softening up, of course): The use or threat of use of force for political ends… isn’t that the definition of terrorism?
