The Ahmadinejad view: “Peaceful nuclear technology is Iran’s lawful and definite right ... .”

Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad greeted Britain’s new ambassador in Tehran with word that the Islamic government is ready to talk about global security issues with the rest of the world. But he excluded the one big issue the major powers want to discuss—Iran’s ongoing nuclear program.  J.C.

The BBC:

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said Iran is ready to discuss global issues with world powers, but that its nuclear programme is non-negotiable.

Speaking to the new UK envoy in Tehran, Mr Ahmadinejad asserted his country’s right to “peaceful nuclear technology”.

Earlier this week, responding to an offer of international discussions by Iran, the US said it planned to bring up the nuclear issue during any talks.

The Iranian government has rejected UN calls to suspend uranium enrichment.

The USA must get over its egocentric belief that it is the sole arbiter of truth and is chosen to make all decisions for all people.

We practice what Nelson Mandela accurately described as “nuclear apartheit”, deciding almost arbitrarily which nations may have nuclear weapons and which shall not. Further, Iran’s case that they are building electrical generating facilities in order to husband their sole natural resource, oil, for export is a logical explanation.

There is only one way for the American people to bring common sense to our governmental policies, both foreign and domestic; by electing the right leaders.

I feel like I’, with kindred spirits here. Yesterday Yesterday I watch C-Spann as they trotted out two Zionist who lied, without shame, about the Iranian nuclear program. I understand that AIPAC and other warmongering Zionist organizations are starting their fall campaign to influence the public and their already bought and paid for politicians to support more radical proposals for starving the Iranian people…much like the Israelis are doing to the Palestinians. We all have to write articles to our local and statewide publications to protest the Israeli influence over our foreign policy.

The US, in its slide toward barbarism and a police state, has implanted Big Truths in the consciousness of the Ameriecan people.  The Iraq Weapons of Mass Destruction is still believed by about half the American people.  It is joined by the Darfur Genicide used to intervene in Sudan to steal their oil reserves.  Currently the plan is to detatch the sounthern province where the oil is as was done decades ago by the Ibos of Nigeria.

Then there was the Iran Stolen Election, de-legitimating a landslide election of Amahdinejad, who was branded as a dictator when he was not even the top offical.

The US media, and Truthdig, have maintained that Iran is developing muclear weapons to attack the US and Israel. Iran Nuclear Aggression.  The pretense is that Israel, with hundreds of nuclear weapons, and the US with thousands, are in danger from Iran nuclear bombing them.  This while the US-Israel continues to threaten Iran with bombing and other military activity, including terrorism.

But Americans believe these absurdities because the US media repeats them inccessantly, forcefully, consistently in all the media and persistently over time.  And does not allow any vigorous rebuttal in the mainstream media.  So the American population supports US-Israel aggresion under the guise of Defense.  increasing the tendency of small states to develop nuclear weapons to defend themselves.

Making nuclear war more likely.  Under the guise of preventing it.

As a signatory of the NPT, the USA is required to help Iran develop nuclear power. 13 other nations enrich uranium, why no sanctions on them? Also note the UN has demanded nothing, just some members of the Security Council, who violated the NPT for years by not destroying their nuclear weapons.

Iran should have been left alone in 1953, and they should be left alone now.

I’m so sick of the US supporting Israel’s homicidal Zionism, and seeing all of the propaganda about Iran in MSM.

The average American sees the propaganda as fact and believes we should wipe out this whole nation.  I’ve heard so many people say the US should just wipe out the whole Middle East.  I’m so sick of hearing my fellow countrymen express these destructive views.

The MSM is propagating a dangerously nationalist feeling when it comes to the Middle East.

How many times does the NIE and IAEA have to confirm that Iran is not making nuclear weapons for this madness to stop? All this continued screaming over Iran, even after the Bush regime has passed into history, shows that either Obama is doing favors for Israel to get his “Peace Process” going (or better put, his “give me a Nobel Prize Campaign”) or this is just outright imperialism.

The Iranians need to use the Israeli’s words against them. The Israeli newspaper Haaretz (June 17)“Mossad:
Iran Will Have Nuclear Bomb by 2014” and “Israel Can’t Make up it’s Mind About Iran Nuclear Timetable”
These articles show how the US and Israel have constantly lied about how close to building a Nuke the Iranians really are. Those articles also quote the CIA as saying it would be 2015 before the Iranians could build a workable bomb “IF” they decide to.
If there are any talks with Iran, Dennis Ross, a Zionist who has managed to ingratiate himself with the White House, will try to sabotage the talks. The Iranians will have to insist that he not be a member of the US team. The CIA believes that a laptop computer with a questionable history is proof that Iran was working on nuclear bomb design before 2003.
The Russians and the International Atomic Energy Commission (IAEA)both say that there has never been any proof that the Iranians are working on building nuclear weapons. There has been a steady propaganda campaign by the Isralis and their lobbying groups to seek assistance in an attack against Iran. In the summer of 2008, President Bush turned them down when they sent high level Israelis to DC to ask for assistance in an attack. Earlier this year they sent a letter to Obama stating they were going to attack. He did nothing and the attack was called off. Things are getting scary, but the new President has to come out and stop pandering to the Israelis and loudly state that we are very much opposed to any attack against Iran.

Iran is signatory to the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty and is perfectly within
their rights to pursue nuclear energy. There is NO credible intelligence that Iran is
pursuing nuclear weaponry.
Israel is behind the “bomb Iran” hysteria and uses the U.S. as it’s mouthpiece.
Israel HAS nuclear weaponry. Israel is NOT signatory to the NPT. Why is that? The
world needs to sanction Israel and leave the Iranians alone. Simple as that.
