Once and future president? Afghanistan’s Hamid Karzai.

Afghan Finance Minister Hazrat Omar Zakhilwal said Monday that President Hamid Karzai is the clear winner of last week’s presidential election, citing empirical evidence to back up his claims.  —KA

The New York Times:

Official results have yet to be released — Afghanistan’s election commission plans to announce partial results on Tuesday — but the minister, who is also chief economic adviser to the president, quoted figures he said had been provided to the cabinet. About five million people voted, and 450,000 ballots still have to be counted, he said.

Hazrat the Karzai stooge would know about Karzai being the “winner.” Cause you
know, he handed out all the “vouchers.”  The “envelopes” filled with the money.
Afghan Finance Ministers are ALWAYS in charge of the “vouchers.”
