What Have Israelis Done to Deserve Mike Huckabee?Posted on Aug 17, 2009
The failed presidential candidate who “majored in miracles” is in the Holy Land as the guest of a pro-settlement group. Huckabee likened opposition to Israeli settlements, which have stalled the peace process, to American segregation. That would make America’s first black president a segregationist, in Mike Huckabee’s estimation. And this man wants the launch codes. —PS

Bogi666, I must wholeheartedly agree. Islam is more a brother to christianity than Judaism yet the dumb west averts it’s gaze to us who ask for and speak more truths.

The obscene favoritism shown by the pretend christians, including Hucksterbee, to the Israeli Jews has absolutely no logic to it. The Jews don’t even acknowledge the existence of Jesus much less the Christ. Christ is acknowledged in the Koran, although not as the son of God but as a prophet. The Koran claims that Christ escaped the Crucifixion. This is more than the Zionists who have disdain for Christ. Obviously, Hucksterbee and his ilk are pretend christians praying for a rapture, which was concocted by a Mary McDonald while deliriously ill in Scotland in 1830. She later recanted what she said but it was picked by two ministers in attendance and carried to the USA by a minister Darby. It never, the rapture never caught on in Scotland or anywhere else except the American South a bastion of ignorance and gullibility. The word rapture never appears in the bible but it is the biblical literalists who trumpet it.They confuse the breath with the air, for instance. It’s total insanity, the rapture, and as for the Israeli Jew who can blame them for playing the American rapturists for all they can. I know I would if I could. As for Hucksterbee, he’s an agent of Satan spreading false biblical doctrines just as the bible claims will happen.

Huckabee cannot be this retarded. If he truly believes what he said, he should be forced to wear a helmet everywhere he goes. If Israel is afraid we will cut them of, we need to just do it. I’m sick of sending them money when we have enough worries here at home.

Israel’s Fifth Column
By Jeff Gates
“August 17, 2009 ” Khaleej Times”—
“The dominant influence of pro-Israelis in mainstream media is not the focus of this article. Here the focus is Wolf Blitzer at Cable News Network who typifies how “the people in between” manipulate public opinion in plain sight and, to date, with legal impunity.
While working as a Washington correspondent for Jerusalem Post (1973-1990), Blitzer served as an editor of Near East Report, a publication founded by Isaiah Kenen, a registered foreign agent of Israel, who also founded the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. AIPAC coordinates a network of transnational political operatives known loosely as “the Israel lobby.” Neither AIPAC nor Blitzer has yet registered as a foreign agent in the US.
The son of Polish Ashkenazi émigrés, Blitzer first emerged on the media scene in 1989 with the publication of Territory of Lies, an account of Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard that The New York Times obligingly included in its list of “Notable Books of the Year.” Reviewer Robert Friedman described Blitzer’s sympathetic treatment of Pollard’s treason (the theft of more than one million classified documents) “a slick piece of damage control that would make his former employers at AIPAC (not to mention Israel’s Defense Ministry) proud.”
As a writer for Hebrew language newspapers in the 1970s, Blitzer wrote under the name Ze’ev Barak—Hebrew for “wolf lightning.” The Blitzer media presence first emerged with his CNN coverage of the Gulf War in 1991 and the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. Initially a military reporter for CNN, he became a fixture on television news as CNN’s Clinton-era White House correspondent until 1999 when he became a high profile CNN anchor.
Since August 2005, CNN (marketed as “the most trusted name in news”) has featured the former AIPAC editor broadcasting from a White House-associative studio set branded as “The Situation Room.” CNN colleague John King deploys a similar credibility enhancing set by broadcasting from “The State of the Union.”
On one key media principle US law is clear: the airwaves belong to the public. The nation’s Founders knew that the preservation of self-governance depends on an informed populace. That’s why modern-day lawmakers enacted legislation to ensure that media outlets are not concentrated in a few hands, enabling a fifth column to shape public opinion around a predetermined agenda. Little could America’s first lawmakers have known that an ideologically aligned few would concentrate broadcast media in the hands of those who share an undisclosed bias. When Likud Prime Minister Ariel Sharon fell ill in Israel, Blitzer’s broadcast originated from Jerusalem. Likewise, when Israel invaded Lebanon in July 2006. Blitzer again relocated to Israel to focus viewer attention on the situation there.
As Tel Aviv sought to expand the war to Iran, several anti-Zionist rabbis appeared in Teheran alongside Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad who echoed their wish that Zionism be “erased from the pages of history” (widely reported as a wish to “wipe Israel off the map”). Rather than interview these dissident rabbis, Blitzer featured David Duke, a former head of the Ku Klux Klan. Rather than associate the Iranian president with anti-?Zionism, Blitzer used the Situation Room to associate him with racism and anti-Semitism.
Between the US populace and the facts they require for informed consent lies an “in between” domain. In that realm is found a network of like-minded fifth column operatives whose pro-Israeli bias works unseen — yet in plain sight — to shape public opinion around a predetermined agenda. That agenda-shaping “news” routinely features commentators from think tanks who share the same bias.”

AIPAC Sends In The Clowns
By Franklin Lamb
“August 18, 2009 “Information Clearing House”—- Suddenly they were all over the place, arriving not as singles but in battalions. Many, like Maryland’s 5th District Rep. Steny Hoyer had been to Israel nearly a dozen times; career stalwarts once more showing fealty to Israel’s brutal occupation of Palestine while lamely telling their constituents that they were on a legitimate ‘fact finding mission.’ For many, their real purpose was to signal their President that there must be no change in the US policy of coddling Israel’s increasingly Apartheid regime.
Among the nearly four dozen members of Congress were some of the most Islamophobic and anti-Arab ever to be elected by American voters.
House Majority leader Steny Hoyer, leading a delegation of 29 Democratic Congressmen, appeared to read from a cue card as he explained in Jerusalem that he had misgivings about Obama’s insistence on stopping colonial expansions (euphemistically called by the Israel lobby ‘settlements’). Hoyer downplayed Obama’s demand to stop the expansions and informed the White House from Jerusalem that that the issue “should be a subject of negotiations”. Hoyer refused comment on Kadema leader Tsizni Linvi’s ‘leak’ of part of the last years CIA study that Hoyer helped AIPAC bury on Capitol Hill. Appearing to quote from the now withdrawn ‘study’ Livni declared in a former Palestinian village, now renamed Tirat Hacarmel: “I see the despair and desperation of many Israelis. Hundreds of thousands see what is happening and arrange for a foreign passport, send their children to study abroad and even buy a house overseas.”
Livni got it right. Israeli officials see the writing on the wall and there is not deep affection for Israel on Capitol Hill. Most feel the US will sooner or later ‘cut Israel loose’ but still they don’t want its domestic lobby on their case. Many outside of Washington don’t understand this, and Americans in the Middle East are sometimes queried “why do you Americans love Israel so much when you claim you oppose colonialism elsewhere?”
Hoyer remained focused on undermining Obama, “I don’t think settlements are nearly the big issue that confronts the Palestinians and the Israelis in reaching an agreement. President Obama has called for a stop to any additional settlements. But that is a thorny tough issue,” he said, adding that “it’s an issue that has to be solved at the bargaining table even if it takes awhile.” Hoyer’s comment presumably warmed the hearts of his hosts and handlers even as it reportedly infuriated some in the now divided the White House.
Remarkably, Hoyer, now in his 14th term in Congress (on June 3, 2008 Steny set the all-time Record for the longest serving Member from Maryland) has yet to find a single aspect of Israel’s occupation, numerous wars against Lebanon, assassinations, slaughter of innocents and massive violations of international humanitarian law and violations of American laws (Arms Export Control Act of 1976, the 1961 Foreign Assistance Act and rack of other laws) “a big issue”.
But God forbid some misguided Palestinian pre-teen lobs a piece of gravel at one of Israel’s 400+ US funded (now $6 million each!) 130,000 pound, 1,200 horsepower, 30 foot long, 13foot wide, Merkava IV, triple impenetrable (except to Hezbollah rockets we recently learned) tanks and Hoyer is on the House floor crying ‘Palestinian terrorism’ and ready to support another AIPAC Congressional Resolution demonizing Arabs and Islam.”

Things must be pretty bad for ol’ Huckabee that he has to resort to foreign aid to support his domestic political ambitions.

When Governor of Arkansas he was prone to call Arkansas a “banana republic” like state. By shmoozing the Isarelis, according to several sources Mikey has been a “guest” all expenses paid of either AIPAC or the Israeli Government since he first became Governor.
Sad day for not only Republicans but all Amerricans if this clown gets nominated as a Presidential candiate.

“The events in Sheikh Jarrah [east Jerusalem] garnered international censure from the European Union, the United Nations (UN) and from Britain, which said it was ‘appalled’ at the move. US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton [on Aug. 3] called the Israeli evictions “deeply regrettable” and she urged “the government of Israel and municipal officials to refrain from such provocative actions.” [1]
Less than a five minute walk from my room at the Ambassador Hotel and less than ten from the Old City of Jerusalem is the neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah. Around the corner from my hotel and up the hill from the Al-Kurd Tent is a newly erected community center with a plaque:
“Dedicated to the Children of Shimon Hazadik Neighborhood” from a Dr. Rubin Brecher and family of Lawrence, New York.
According to Jewish tradition, Shimon Hazadik (which means ‘The righteous’) was the High Priest at the time of Alexander the Great. He reminded the people of what’s important in the world and he used to say: “On three things the world stands: the Torah, on Service [prayer] and on acts of kindness.”[2]
On June 10, 2009, I visited the neighborhood again and was informed by Maher Hannoun, a Palestinian Muslim:
“Even for millions of dollars we would never sell our land, our hopes, our dreams! We are here legally and we have a contract that was signed between the government and UNWRRA, but what gives us the real power to fight is seeing all the people who come to be with us here believing in human rights. We need every one to carry our message around the world that this is our home and we will never leave here.
“In Gaza they attacked with F16 tanks. In Jerusalem they attack with evictions and transferring property. More than 500 homes in this neighborhood have already received eviction notices. They are building 200 settler units and an American Israeli company named Nahalat Shimon Builders is behind it.”
Nahalat Shimon is also the name of a settler group and a real estate company.
The rest of: “The Many Layers of NaHalat Shimon beg the question: Where’s the money coming from?”
