Typhoon Toll in Taiwan 500 and CountingPosted on Aug 14, 2009
Typhoon Morakot has claimed more than 500 lives in Taiwan since the storm hit the island’s southern region a week ago. Thousands more may still be trapped, according to local reports, making Morakot the worst natural disaster to strike the island in half a century.

What does “mag”‘s post have to do with a massive unpredictable typhoon in Taiwan?
The world is one world and we are all one people. Taiwan can use the help of anyone who can send that help. Even if they don’t pay US taxes.

Why can’t just those why pay taxes get health benefits…how b’out that Obama and the rest of the health care reform starters??? NO seriously, this I could be in favor of, but not just letting any old person that comes to America, even the illegal’s to get healthcare and our taxes go up the roof???? No, sure, I will cont. to fight this…
