Will Conservative Propaganda Be Allowed To Destroy Justice?

Although Article 6 - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths of the Constitution doesn’t specify any specific details, according to Title 28, Chapter I, Part 453 of the United States Code, each Supreme Court Justice takes the following oath which is to administer JUSTICE, not the letter of the law, as conservatives purport:

“I, [Judge Sonia Maria Sotomayor], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [Justice of the Supreme Court] under the Constitution and laws of the United States.  So help me God.”

This oath says that a Supreme Court Judge solemnly swears to administer justice, which is all anyone can hope for.  Killing Judge Sotomayor is not in the interest of justice.
 
It seems the issue of people choosing to kill or try to kill is becoming a serious problem in the United States.  I suspect this individual had at some time been listening to conservative shock jocks talking 2-choice emotional rhetoric [propaganda] relative to Judge Sotomayor, and President Obama, like Fox Network, Limbaugh, O’Riley, Beck and Hannity, and was trying to be a patriot or something, which is also what happened to Dr. Tiller; and Dr. Tiller wasn’t as lucky as Judge Sotomayor.  These political conservative EMOTIONAL SHOCK JOCK PROPAGANDISTS are causing harm.

It is not in the best interest of the nation to have these conservative shock jocks permeating the airwaves with their hate.  Propaganda is like a gun or a knife, and it is being used in the same manner as a gun or a knife, as in WAR.  Weaponizing the airwaves of the citizenry of a nation AGAINST the citizenry of a nation causes harmless people to do terrible deeds and these conservative extreme propagandists must be held guilty for what they are doing.

Too bad citizenship doesn’t have an IQ requirement.

There is a story that a hacker was able to find out that Turner was corresponding with a FBI agent. Also there are some who say that Turner was turned by the FBI to be some sort of snitch years ago. Lately, it seems the anti-hate lobby is getting a lot of rich material on top of that nutter shooting in April. DHS officials will need such material when they go before Congress for more funding. It reminds me so much of the workings of military intelligence in Britain during the Irish troubles of the 1970’s.

  Hal Turner: FBI Agent Provocateur?

Dave Neiwert at Orincus recently wrote a blog post describing how rabid, right-wing talk show host Hal Turner was outed as an FBI agent when hackers found incriminating emails on his server. Neiwert cites a report from the SPLC that says in part:

  On Jan. 1, unidentified hackers electronically confronted Turner in the forum of his website for “The Hal Turner Show.” After a heated exchange, they told Turner that they had successfully hacked into his server and found correspondence with an FBI agent who is apparently Turner’s handler. Then they posted an alleged July 7 E-mail to the agent in which Turner hands over a message from someone who sent in a death threat against Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wisc.). “Once again,” Turner writes to his handler, “my fierce rhetoric has served to flush out a possible crazy.” In what is allegedly a portion of another E-mail, Turner discusses the money he is paid.

  On Thursday, as the E-mail exchange was heatedly discussed on a major neo-Nazi website, Turner suddenly announced he was quitting political work. “I hereby separate from the ‘pro-White’ movement,” he said, adding that he was ending his radio show immediately. “I will no longer involve myself in any aspect of it.”

Paid agents who spread disinformation is a topic we return to over and over again at SOTT and on our forum. Why is it that people are so gullible, that they refuse to admit the possibility? The use of provocateurs goes back thousands of years. Why should we think it is any different today, or that it only happens elsewhere?

Only in America is right. OMG, right on the hills of somebody in N.J. arrested for “inciting” Catholics to arm and overthrow the government! All that with a week-long campaign by Mainstream Media to make a lone gunman who zapped the abortion doctor the primary national news.

Never underestimate the power of owning the communications system in a nation. Hell, those like Hitler, Stalin and El Duce knew that much. It took several years of bombing to shut them down.

Makes you wonder about Will Roger’s quip about only knowing what he reads in the newspaper. If all you know is what is on mainstream media, you don’t know anything.
