A curry a week may keep the doctor away. Or more precisely, curcumin, a component of turmeric—a key spice in curry powder—has been found to prevent the onset of Alzheimer’s and dementia if consumed once or twice a week.

Wonderful. I like Indian food. Double up on your precautions and take this additional sound advice and have a cocktail with that dinner.
