On Tuesday, federal Judge Thomas Hogan ordered that the evidence regarding more than 100 Guantanamo Bay detainees be made public, rejecting the U.S. government’s request to keep the unclassified information secret. These sealed documents may reveal the government’s justification (or lack thereof) for the prisoners’ continued detention.

BBC News:

A US court has ordered the release of unclassified evidence relating to more than 100 Guantanamo Bay detainees.

Federal judge Thomas Hogan has given the US Justice Department until 29 July to release the documents or specify what information it wants kept secret.

Anyone hear about the video game they just released? You play a prisoner trying to make his escape from his brutal, torturing US captors. Apparently congress is outraged.

“The company that makes the game, claims that U.S. soldiers are not being killed in the game, rather they are guards employed by a private security firm.”

Released to Whom- the unethical hysterical Sensationized World Wide media. Shit!So this judge is going to allow these detainees to be victimized again by releasing photos of their suffering and/or humiliation to the sharks of the MSM, who run rough shod over people just to gain ratings? Heckova Job!
I have yet to hear ONE ‘advocate’ reveal what these Detainees Want to happen with these photos of their abuse and Denigration.
Frankly I no more need to see these photos to understand what occured than I needed to see the pictures of Nicole Brown Simpson with her head nearly severed off. I have a pretty good comprehension of vocabulary (Decapitated, sodomy) and imagination not to require visual explanation or confirmation.
This is nothing more than Raping the Rape victim a second time to satisfy some sick morbid facination disguised as ‘Justice’.These photos should be handled as evidence Viewed ONLY for those who are Directly involved with the Case.
My sincerest apologies to all those victims depicted in those photos for the violation of your right to privacy and dignity.
This is a Human Rights OUTRAGE!!!

The good ol’ BBC you can always re-lie on them. The whole story on the ‘9/11 hijackers’ is a tissue of lies and ends with one of the so called ‘accused’ retracting his confession and saying everything he said was said under torture. Common sense asks a very important question: if these people were so involved in 9/11 why are they still alive? The story leaves the most important planners of 9/11 out, namely Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld - and all the other neo con ‘planners’ don’t get a mention either. Hardly fair when they worked their fingers to the bone on the operation.
