Stanford’s Billions Are MIAPosted on Feb 27, 2009
The troubles of alleged rip-off artist Sir R. Allen Stanford are piling up in a big way: Not only does he stand accused of defrauding some 50,000 customers via his Stanford Financial enterprise, but now it seems that authorities are able to account for only $250 million of the $8.2 billion in assets that Stanford’s bank said it had.

Stanfords Female CFO is arraigned before him!!!He’s handed a piece of paper and not immeidately arrested?

Ah, so you noticed that too, eh Purple Girl. I was of course thinking the very same thing. BUT, I wasn’t the least bit surprised, because this is happening in THE neocon testosterone capitol of the world – HOUSTON , TX!!! Believe me, that is HEADQUARTERS for WHITE MALE SUPREMACY, and that’s where the majority of the missing money disappeared from as well.
It’s the home of Big Oil and Top Global Money Launders of the World – Halliburton, Enron, (well, Halliburton moved to Dubai), and the rest. Houston has served as the home base for nearly every fraud that has been perpetrated against the US and the rest of the world, for the past several decades, but especially all of the trillions laundered through there via the ‘war on terror’.
Meantime, the overall mentality of the area is misogynist. Even the women hate the women.
Seriously. There was a story about a year or two ago that occurred in the north central section of Texas, where I lived for many years. (It was awful – every single minute of it – I honestly cannot think of a single solitary positive thing to say about the place…regardless of where in the state we’re talking about. Wait…I can. Austin, Tx has a slight edge over the rest of the place. If you HAD to live someplace there, that would be the place. I didn’t.)
Anyway, this housewife (aged 35 or so) had invited her much younger boyfriend over for a ‘visit’ while her husband was apparently away. (playing cards with the boys). Since their 12-year old daughter was at home, the woman and her boyfriend decided to do their courting in his truck. (the guy was a UPS driver, but I think he was in his own personal pick-up truck – young handsome guy.)
Then the husband appeared. When he pulled up and the wife knew she was busted, (or this is how the story goes anyway) she hollered “Rape!” And, according to the story, the husband then proceeded to pump several bullets into the young man.
When the husband went to trial for shooting the guy, (and I don’t remember the charges, but whatever they were wouldn’t make sense in any other state – but we’re talking texas.) the jury not only let him off for killing the guy, but ‘returned a recommendation’ to charge the wife for enticing the man over there to begin with. And besides, if she hadn’t hollered rape, he wouldn’t have had to kill the guy. So, it was all her fault.
This is not at all unusual in Texas. In fact, it’s the standard mentality, held by all. (or almost all).
That’s what makes it the Clubhouse for all of these “Executive Thugs”; the biggest fraudsters in the history of the human race. That’s where Tom DeLay did all of his dirty work from, and that guy did some damage that has yet to be uncovered. Although, at the rate things are going, we might get more of the stuff on him too. (a handful of lesser-lowlifes are taking the rap for him, and it’s not much of one.)

And if you follow this story to the end. I’ll make a bet with anyone that they all walk or go to some country club for a few months then off to Switzerland to collect their money. The super rich do what they please, so please stop writing stories about these people.peace

To hell with US Prosecting these SOB’s send them to the foreign countries they’ve also screwed. Let Stanford stand trial in Antigua, Let him rely on their legal ‘eagles’ and their Judicial system and face their form of punishment.Hey I’m even willing to kick down for the Coach airfare!
There is no way these Corp Criminals will face a Fair trial, they have too many co conpirators in high places in this country…Make them face a Unbiased and Impartial Legal system!
Cheney,Rummy et al had better Hope Obama gives the go ahead on High crimes Prosecutions, Otherwise they could face the same Nooseman as Saddam for their War crimes- apparently not at the top of his class!
we have no stomach for what they should face. Gives A new meaning to the blindfold on Lady Justice.
