Obama’s Poll Surge Continues

With the campaign headed into the final weeks before the election, new polls pop up every day, and they continue to show a strong trend in favor of Barack Obama. Depending on the survey, Obama is ahead or tied in as many as 10 states won by George W. Bush in 2004, including faux-purple Florida and ruddy Indiana. But just being ahead in the polls doesn’t mean Obama will win.

Check out Electoral-Vote.com for a snapshot of the country, or see the latest on Ohio, Nevada, Indiana and more over at Political Wire.

Update: Time has more on McCain’s Bush state blues.

by the Democratic Nominee. Republican election fraud gave ‘W’ the White House. What makes you think suddenly we’d vote for McCain? He will only win the same Bush has done…vote rigging.

President Obama won’t roll over and play dead like both Presidents Gore and Kerry. The most staunch Republicans KNOW Palin cannot be allowed to be president. Palin makes Bush look like a liberal progressive!!!

When Democracy works, Democrats win.

“Is it just me, or does the photo for this article make Obama look like a weatherman about to give us the weekend forecast?”

Yes and the weekend outlook isn’t so good!

Save us Obama!

I don’t believe Obama will increase military spending or interventions.  He is smart enough to know he needs to cut military spending drastically to provide the domestic promises he made.

I forsee…going into Pakistan…what no Osama…you say he’s dead…been dead…mission accomplished, lets go home.  Bring the fleet home, close overseas bases by the dozens, close and give Guantanamo back to the Cubans as a peace gesture.

Until the Bush and Cheney administration is out on its ear with all the appointed ticks who have burrowed themselves into the government (CIA, FBI, NSA) no open investigation into 9/11 can begin.

Just watched the “debate”....

Don’t get me wrong, I despise McInsane, but Obama is nothing more than Rudy Giuliani Jr with his 9/11 crap every time he opens his mouth! He’s worse than bush in milking 9/11 for everything it’s worth.

He’s as big a war monger as McInsane is and will greatly escalate the war in Afghanistan and God knows where else! Which, of course, will mean no money for anything else - like health care, SS, Medicare, etc.

They both know the official story of 9/11 is a fairy tale….which makes both of them mass murderers after the fact.

Well truthdotorg..

I honestly used to pay attention to your posts, and follow the links you provided, if only because I agree with most of your analysis of 9/11.

BUT..now you’ve proven yourself to be just another BS conspiracy theorist, who obviously buckled under the pressure of the torture of the past 8 years.

Comparing Obama to Rudy makes it overwhelmingly clear, that you’re just another casualty of the Cheney regime.

RIP. I hate that we’ve lost you, but the rest of us DO have to survive..

Yes, mccain with ‘fix’ the economy by more deregulation and massive cuts in social spending to focus on propping up casinos and the pollution industries, all the while killing as many middle eastern humans as possible; and so will mcobama.

Cran Berry,

What ‘great success’ of Palin could you possibly be talking about? And, what ‘sharp details’ of McCain on how to fix the economy? Surely you jest.

But, that kind of humor is in very poor taste when people are suffering because of the enormous damage that not only the republican party has done to our nation, but the part of it for which McCain is so very much right in the middle of.

Remember Keating 5? And don’t misunderstand how responsible McCain is for the very deregulation that has caused this economic meltdown to begin with.

Good. I want Obama to get a chance to prove his critics wrong. A President McCain’s got no chance of doing that.
