 Man Charged With Threatening to Kill ObamaPosted on Aug 7, 2008Raymond Hunter Geisel, a 22-year-old aspiring bail bondsmen, is in custody for allegedly saying of Barack Obama, “If he gets elected, I’ll assassinate him myself.” Geisel soon made matters worse for himself, reportedly joking to a Secret Service agent that “if he wanted to kill Senator Obama he simply would shoot him with a sniper rifle.”
AP via Google: A man who authorities said was keeping weapons and military-style gear in his hotel room and car appeared in court Thursday on charges he threatened to assassinate Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama. Raymond Hunter Geisel, 22, was arrested by the Secret Service on Saturday in Miami and was ordered held at Miami’s downtown detention center without bail Thursday by a federal magistrate. A Secret Service affidavit charges that Geisel made the threat during a training class for bail bondsmen in Miami in late July. According to someone else in the 48-member class, Geisel allegedly referred to Obama with a racial epithet and continued, “If he gets elected, I’ll assassinate him myself.” SHARE THIS TRUTHDIG ARTICLE:

Sadly this kind of unpleasant response is not, nor has it ever been a rare thing. The only thing we can hope is the legal system will act forcefully against those caught declaring murder in their hearts. They will always be with us, but they must not be tolerated.
Eric Rudolf was just such a person. Encouraged by the Religiously Afflicted to think he was entitled to be judge, jury and executioner. He supposedly apologized, but I suspect it was a lawyer enduced declaration. When are they going to charge the ones who encouraged the mushy brain of Rudolf to murder and terror, why should Rudolf be in the clinker and not the ones who put them up to it? A question?

To not highlight the fact that this man had also discussed killing George W Bush as well, is very irresponsible. This should be at the beginning of this article, though it diminishes the grandiosity of the headline a bit, it reinforces the the simple fact that this man is sick and wants to do disgusting things to people he envies or hates or what ever issues he’s dealing with. As opposed to a man truly focused on killing Obama. That is of course is a huge risk in this campaign and the news generates a lot of thoughts in a lot of specific directions. Be careful what you manifest… NEWS. Paint a prettier picture and see if it inspires.

Of course, racism existed before Hillary. However, I am not aware of a presidential candidate before Hillary expressly stating they were remaining in the primary race because of the chance that the person beating them soundly to the nomination would be assassinated, and for no other ostensable reason. Except maybe racism.

He said he was just joking. Now if hed been black and said the same thing, hed be a dead joker. If hed been any color, and said the same thing at an airport, hed be a dead joker.
And then this
A search of Geisel’s 1998 Ford Explorer and hotel room in Miami uncovered a loaded 9mm handgun, knives, dozens of rounds of ammunition including armor-piercing types, body armor, military-style fatigues and a machete. The SUV was wired with flashing red and yellow emergency lights.
Why do we get the impression that he might be more serious? Or, am I just jumping to unfounded conclusions? Maybe a 9mm loaded handgun isnt the same as a sniper weapon? I dont know anything about guns. Thats why Im asking. I know about knives that. And I know what ARMOR PIERCING ammunition is. DOZENS of rounds? As for the machete, and the SUV wired with emergency lights .well, he DID say he had some psychiatric problems. Great bail bondsman, eh?
Meantime nilo..youre right. Racism obviously existed before Hillary, and most certainly in places like Florida, overwhelmingly. So the more interesting question might be WHY? Its been 300 plus years for Christs sake, and there was never a reason for it to begin with. So whats up with that? Can you help us understand why its existed for so long? (yeah, you can include Hillary), and why its the white ones that are racist against the black ones? Isnt that sort of backwards? I mean think about it, weve got the white kidnappers who snatch in the area of 5000 black folks, and traded them like subhuman chattel, and forced them to work for nothing, and beat, murdered, raped, lynched, etc etc them for centuries. Now, wouldnt just some plain old common sense make you wonder how this got so turned around? I mean, if ANYBODY was gonna be a tad bit pissed off, who do ya suppose that might be?
Just food for thought.
Meantime it’ll be interesting to see what happens to mr. black ops GI Joe Giesel here. How much ya wanna bet his ass will be back out on the streets terrorizing more black folks by the weekend. (They’ll probably confiscate his ammunition, but of course he can just buy more.)

Just one example of what the consevative movement, with all its help from the evangelicals has become since Saint Reagan. Partisanship taken to its zenith, where there is no room for reason any longer. Goverment seen as the enemy that must be shrunk to the point Grover Norquist can drown it in his bathtub.
