Mike Huckabee and Barack Obama made a big splash when they won the Iowa caucuses at the start of the campaign. Since then, their paths have diverged. Huckabee may or may not run again, but in the meantime, the former governor and Chuck Norris man crush will spend the next year peddling his unique brand of commentary to the viewers of Fox News.

Washington Post / The Trail:

The former Arkansas governor has signed a one-year deal as a political commentator for Fox News, where he will sound off on a variety of programs. A knowledgeable source says an announcement is expected soon.

Other cable channels had been pursuing Huckabee, who provided commentary on MSNBC during one of its primary-night broadcasts. Fox has given a platform to such former Republican politicos as Newt Gingrich and Karl Rove.

Thanks for this informative article. Mike Huckabee may have lost as a presidential candidate, but his sense of humor has helped him. From the article we read that the former Arkansas governor has signed a one-year deal as a political commentator for Fox News. After reading this article I am going to get in touch with commercial lighting suppliers who can help me get light decorations for my new home.

Political whores being interviewed by media whores and all brought to you by corporate whores, making the White House the biggest whorehouse in the world. I know because I saw it on TV.

When Huck left office he had all the hard disks more or less directly concerning his business as governor not only reformated and overwritten but crushed.  It was left up to the state(taxpayers) to replace them at it’s expense.  Seems it was something on the order of $20,000.00.  Also he wiped out the state’s emergency reserve fund by giving it away to charity.  The new governor, Mike Beebe, had to quickly shift funds around to cover the account in case the state indeed had a crisis or disaster.

Huckabee said that he had the hard drives destroyed to protect the privacy of his employees and aids.  But we know he was covering his tracks in order to ease his attempt at the White House.  Sounds kind of like a page from Karl Rove,s playbook doesn’t it.  The funds thing was merely poor governance.

Carrying over his sense of entitlement and gracious gift-receiving from his preacher days, the Huckster never met a gift(clothing, furnishings, guns, etc.) he couldn’t handle.

Huck, keep the one liners coming baby!
