British Prime Minister Gordon Brown is in the United States to discuss the global economy with President Bush, but the real excitement is over back-to-back meetings he has scheduled with the three U.S. presidential candidates.

BBC:

UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown will meet the three US presidential candidates and hold talks with President Bush in Washington later.

He already has good relations with Republican senator John McCain and Democrat Hillary Clinton.

His meeting with Barack Obama, the current Democrat front-runner, will be their first so will be closely watched.
