Take two: Former President Bill Clinton campaigns for Hillary Clinton at South Vermillion High School in Clinton, Ind., on Friday.

Just when Hillary Clinton thought the flap over her 1995 trip to Bosnia had passed, her husband revived the topic—prompting her to issue him a gag order. Bill Clinton, campaigning Thursday in Indiana, brought up the media’s treatment of Hillary after she mischaracterized the scene and later acknowledged her mistake, but he apparently muddled a few facts himself.

AP via My Way News:

Bill Clinton has many of the facts wrong.

His wife didn’t make the sniper fire claim “one time late at night when she was exhausted.” She actually told the story several times, including during prepared remarks on foreign policy delivered the morning of March 17.

It’s also not true that she “immediately apologized for it.” Clinton has never apologized for the comments and only acknowledged that she “misspoke” a week after the March 17 speech when video of her peaceful tarmac reception emerged.

[...] Clinton campaign spokesman Phil Singer responded to the former president’s remarks Friday by saying, “Senator Clinton appreciates her husband standing up for her, but this was her mistake and she takes responsibility for it.”

She’s also told her husband to quit talking about it.

“Hillary called me and said ‘You don’t remember this. You weren’t there, let me handle it.’ I said, ‘Yes ma’am,’” Bill Clinton, who was in Indiana campaigning for his wife Friday, told reporters.

Clinton needs a twister every once in a while. Hillary in a black rubber suit shoving that long heel into the her grovelling cad’s back (“Hillry, Hillry, yure hurting me, honey”). Snap that whip a few times. Get him to repent his sins, Hill.

note: now picture John McCain enduring this workout from his lively blonde wife. He’d crack like a robin’s egg after the first slap.

Slick Willy never let the facts get in the way of a good BS story.

Like the third rate vaudeville actor he is, he just can’t resist getting on stage and making a fool of himself.

That sign that says “ECONOMY” above Bill’s head, is that an accusation or an indictment?

^to shut Bill up that is. Might have seemed like a good enough idea at the time, poor but smart guy from Arkansas. (and I will give it to him…I think he IS a smart guy, as least book smart).

I guess it’s the doppler radar ego that weather mentioned, that got him all jacked-up. That and being from flippin’ ARKANSAS!

In the lovely, Dutch city of Amsterdam, “Dog and Pony Show” has a special, i.e. literal, meaning.

American politics has either ascended or descended (depending on how you look at the world) to Amsterdam’s level.

We the people are, unfortunately, the men and women who’ve reached a point in our lives where we are willing to be the people on stage with the dogs and the ponies.

God Bless America

you’re cute like a horny toad reptile and not as clever as you think.

We need leadership not a failed Thespian who’s ego shows up on doppler radar.

I think the Billary-Hillary dog and pony show is winding down. (I only say that because “dog and pony show” has been so much in TD lately.)

In case you missed my comment in the Castro post, Hillary has promised Pennsylvanians (one of which I used to be—great state, Pa is, beautiful scenery, good, hard working people) that she will cut the homicide rate in Philly IN HALF.  Imagine that!!!!!

I watched Nader’s speech on Cspan.  Like someone said about Tiger Wood’s golf game, “He plays a game with which I am not familiar.”  Apparently Nader speaks English and the rest, jargon.  He was forthright, and eloquent, and refreshingly truthful.  I immediately logged on and donated to his campaign, knowing full well that he hasn’t a chance in this effing country, but, at least, I tried. Interesting what he said about lawyers.
We have to allow, though, that they don’t have good role models in the Supreme Court.
