Former rivals John McCain and Mitt Romney looked like fast friends as Romney joined McCain in Utah and Colorado for a little campaigning Thursday. Could this be the beginning of a beautiful ticket?

AP via MyWay News:

In February, Romney won 90 percent of the vote in Utah to McCain’s 5 percent. Romney’s ties to the state run deep, from his Mormon faith to his work overseeing the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City.

“Look, that wasn’t the only state I lost to Governor Romney in—it was just the largest loss,’ McCain said chuckling. He joked that it was abject humiliation but understandable given Romney’s Utah links. “I was at least hoping to break into double digits though!”

“I think he did just fine in New Hampshire, South Carolina, Florida, California ...,” Romney said, laughing about states McCain won.

Cyrena, I laughed so hard at your response. Yes, Jimmy Jam is at the lower end of the I.Q. scale. He complains that I stereo type others, like the rich, yet he fails to see he is more judgemental. His comments on just about everything he thinks he knows about me are very stereo typed. Especially his latest about the drunken Indian thing. Funny for a person who never did illegal drugs, never did do alcohol and never felt the need of it, and would rather have an American Indian for a partner, as Indian men make better lovers or Keith Olbermann, JimmyJammies just doesn’t get it. He even had the audacity to claim that his post on April 1 at 4:02 pm, “the response wasn’t even to you, but it must have posted under your name.” How convenient for him. He then claims that my assumptions about rich people are stereo typing and that all stereo typing is sexist or racist, or some sort of “ist”. Wow, I must ponder this one. Maybe it was his April Fools Day blunder.

Well, I guess he may be right, sort of, as for the “ist” part. I do tend to be a perfectionist in all the things I create in my artwork and other wares I make, and I know you can confirm that. But, I do not see that as a bad thing, as I believe that if you are going to do something, then you should do the best you can and not a fifth-rate job. Too many people who do something now-a-days tend to do a poor job as they have no pride in their work and themselves and they just don’t care. This must be more than enough reason for those like Jimmy Jammie to try to drag others down to their level of mediocrity.

Do you think the “pink lady” would like to take care of his problems? It would be much easier to use also. I have no doubt he owns a set of Victoria’s Secrets peek-a-boo bras and crotchless panties to go along with it, several in fact, in different colors, and leather also. Makes you wonder what parts on his anatomy he shaves. Actually, those were made famous by Fredericks of Hollywood, Victoria’s Secret copied them, which also dates the age of J.J. as juvenile.

Now I feel much better. Laughter, which I am getting a good supply of by yanking J.J.‘s braid, has raised my spirits since I wrote you about the doctors said.
I am glad you are enjoying it also, I am certain he is steaming by now, time to turn him over and do the other side. Don’t want him to be over steamed on the one side and raw on the other.

And I do know Mensa. I critiqued one of his posts on all of his errors(mutilation of the English language)and his spelling of Bill Maher’s name as Mahr. He wrote back that I missed his spelling as Marr and I might loose my teaching certificate. I re-wrote him that if he spelled it that way, it was in a post I never read, so therefore, I was in no danger of losing something I didn’t possess in the first place. I can’t remember which post it was on and he did comment about you, but wrote back he actually admired you and his post was satire. So I will let him slide this time, a little.

The response wasn’t even to you, but it must have posted, under you name, but your assumptions of all rich people is stereotyping, and stereotyping is racist or sexist, or some sort of ist. you cant have it every way. It, like the drunkin indian thing.

Jimmy Jam, I am not yelling at you. I wanted to make sure you could read the answer as your mind seemed so narrow and closed, I just wanted to make sure it got through. I did make one error, I also am half white and I still don’t understand how you came up with the racist idea, the only thing mentioning race was the political race for president. The fact he is Mormon means little as I have experienced a wide selection of religious teachings including Mormonism. I did tell the truth about what his father did to the state of Michigan. If you were not living in that state during his term, you don’t know first hand what the people went through and still say today about George Romney, in fact his son may be different, however I have rarely witnessed much variance between father/son political positions and way of doing things. Current administration included.

Angry, don’t think so. The only anger I saw was from you in the first place.

WHATEVER!

Purplewolf, thanks for the heads up. This is hilarious!! I’m just trying to get a mental image here of jimmyjam trying to braid his armpit hair and guzzle from his moonshine jug at the same time. Now that would be a site. Be better if he could rig a saw-off shotgun to his toe though. I’d rather see that.

As for the Birkenstocks, that is the brand name for one of the ugliest pairs of shoes you’re likely to have laid eyes on, and they cost some outrageous amount of money. Another ‘fad’ for the mindless.

Victoria’s Secret’s stuff however, has a more flavorful history. 90% of the stuff in made by PRISON INMATES on work detail. Yep, I discovered that when I was doing research on sweat shop labor. So, that’s probably why it looks like it does. That could be why jimmyjam is so familiar with it. Hell, he might even wear the stuff himself. Now put THAT together with him guzzling moonshine, and braiding him armpit hair. Woo Wee…..now THAT would be a sight. You could do like a ‘photo essay’ or something.

Since he hasn’t been around long, (if only we could ‘wish’ him away) he wouldn’t know that you DID send your daughter to college, and that you attended yourself. Back in the day, an education was actually accessible to folks who wanted it, and didn’t necessarily mean going hungry or homeless to get an education.

All that has changed of course. BUT, I know that’s at least one of the things that Obama will change, because it’s not like it can’t be done. That’s the whole point. There is NO REASON for so many people to be unable to access the basics, while a tiny sliver of the elite reap obscene material/capitalist benefits at the expense of the rest.

It’s funny but not surprising that jimmyjam thought you meant ‘race’ as in human, when you meant race as in a competition. Kind of like moron mensa when he tried to make a connection between Rev. Wright’s comment about 9/11 being a euphemistic symbol of ‘chickens coming home to roost’ and Obama noting that he’d eaten a lot of ‘chicken dinners’ on the campaign trail. Yep, the MENSA member (you know mensa are supposedly geniuses) actually thought there was a connection there. Then again, both the mensa moron and jimmyjam, (maybe the same) always use MULTIPLE question marks in all of their posts. Maybe it’s a Freudian sign that they don’t know shit! (not that we haven’t figured that out anyway).

Anyway, thanks for the chuckles. I have to go slay other dragons for a while now.

I AM AWARE THAT MITT HAS PAID FOR MOST OF HIS CAMPAIGN. HOWEVER, WHERE YOU GOT THE IDEA I WAS RACIST FROM THIS ARTICLE IS QUITE A STRETCH. THE ONLY WORD REFERING TO “RACE”, WAS THE CAMPAIGN RACE. NOT SKIN COLOR. AS FOR BEING A RACIST STEREO TYPING BITCH YOU CLAIM, I AM AMERICAN INDIAN AND AMERICAN INDIAN AND LAST TIME I CHECKED MITT WAS STILL WHITE. NO STEREO TYPING HERE. I SIMPLY ANSWERED TO LOUISE AS TO THE REMARKS THAT OTHERS MADE, NOT MYSELF. AS FOR THE COMPARISON OF GEORGE AND MITT ROMNEY, BOTH INTO POLITICS, VIEWS ARE/WERE SIMILAR, ENOUGH SAID. WHERE YOU A RESIDENT IN MICHIGAN WHEN ROMNEY WAS GOVERNOR? IF NOT, YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT THE PEOPLE WENT THROUGH. AND ALSO, THE LAST REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR, ENGLER FOR 12 YEARS, WHO HAS CLAIMED HE WANTS TO RUN FOR PRESIDENT SOMEDAY, LEFT THE STATE IN A TOTAL DISASTER ALSO. THE TRUE STEREO TYPE OF REPUBLICAN LEADERS, DESTROY THE STATE/COUNTRY YOU GOVERN.

AT LEAST IN THE 60’S OUR MONEY HAD BUYING POWER, SOMETHING THAT CAN’T BE SAID FOR TODAY.

MY SON DIED AT TEN WEEKS, A PREMIE. MY DAUGHTER WORKS IN GOVERMENT RECRUITMENT FOR THE MILITARY. THE RICH ALMOST NEVER SENT THEIR PROGENY OFF TO WAR AS CANNON FODDER FOR THE ELITE. THEY CAN AFFORD NOT TOO.

AS FOR PERSONAL HYGIENE, ARE YOU DESCRIBING YOUR PREFERENCES. AND WHAT IN THE HELL ARE BIRKENSTOCKS?  MY “HAIR IS IN NO NEED OF TRIMMING AND MY NAILS ARE JUST FINE AND PAINTED.PERHAPS THEY NEED TO BE SHARPENED INSTEAD. VICTORIAS SECRET IS OVER PRICED AND IT CATERS TO THOSE WHOSE ANIMAL INSTINCTS NEED VISUAL STIMULATION IN WHICH TO FUNCTION RATHER THEN INTELLECTUAL. FORGET THE “GOOD LOOKING MAN IN A HAMMERSMITH SUIT.” I WOULD RATHER HAVE KEITH OLBERMANN IN THE BUFF. AT LEAST HE HAS A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR, SOMETHING YOU LACK.

AND NO, YOU DID NOT STEREO TYPE ME. WORD OF ADVICE, NEVER APPLY FOR A JOB AS A PROFILER, YOU DON’T HAVE WHAT IT TAKES. NOW GO BRAID YOUR ARMPIT HAIR TO MATCH YOUR BEARD AND CHUG YOUR MOONSHINE FROM THE JUG.

SMILE AND HAVE A GREAT DAY!(FROM THE 70’S HA-HA).

If you could afford to send your sons to school wouldn’t you? Did Chelsea enlist? Did Amy Carter enlist, now if you were to trim your armpits and your toenails, kick off the Birkenstocks get into some Victoria’s Secret, shave your legs and please get the fu#$ out of the sixties, maybe a good looking white man in a Hammersmith Suit would come calling. Oh I’m sorry did I stereotype you.

Louise, yes there is corruption there as far as Mitt is concerned. His father George was governor of Michigan when I was a child and almost everyone at the time remarked how dishonest George Romney was.(Religion was not mentioned in those days like it is now, it doesn’t necessarly make you an honest person either.) That he was so corrupt the if there for a 5 cent reward on his mothers head, that he would turn her in for that 5 cents. And the apple usually does not fall far from the tree. Besides with all the money Mitt owns, he could never relate to the working class people who live on much less than $50,000.00 a year. And now that he has not been running for awhile, did any of his 5 sons enlist to fight for this country they planned to suck dry if he continued in the race?

uhhh ...
Sorry, I’m not sure your reply makes any sense to me.

Mormons voting for Mormons has zip to do with religion. It’s more about finding a comfort zone.

They all know something’s dreadfully wrong, but are far to busy doing church work to really find out what. Besides Mitt is basically a stranger to most Mormons. But Mormons do tend to trust someone who has the same handle. But then that’s true of everybody, religion or not. Could even be why we often find ourselves in trouble.

Besides, if it were about religion, there are far to few Mormons in the country to actually influence the vote.

Now, if you want to see religion influencing votes, you need to take a look at Hillary’s campaign, which has allowed her supporters to run away with their brains and make three words expressed in frustration by a “black” preacher become the most important thing in “religion” on the face of the earth today!

Why she hasn’t made a public speech telling them to all shut up is beyond me. But then maybe she has, and I didn’t hear it, and apparently, neither did any of her bigoted, racist supporters. The last thing in the world Hillary needs right now is a cadre of bigoted racist supporters!

As far as Mitt is concerned, he does have “money” credentials. McCain really doesn’t. So that could come in handy, given the state of the economy.

The question has to be, will Mitt be acceptable to the folks who really run the Empire? I don’t think so, because his money experience is largely do to being born in the right circumstance to the right parents, and having the right connections. There may be corruption in there somewhere. I don’t know. But I do know the corrupted and corruptible are the favored by the Empire. So, I think Giuliani will be the chosen one.

I also think most of what we allow our little minds to get side-tracked by is courtesy mainstreammedia, which is duty bound to twist, influence and control. Which is really what this whole silly article is all about. wink Comes in handy when we all get surprised by the outcome. Takes our minds off the possibility that once again the corrupted and corruptible have rigged the final results.

The Dream Team:

Out of touch and out to lunch. Or is it Dazzling [that smile] and Dim?

Either way I seriously doubt McCain will have Romney for his running mate. Not that many Mormons in the country.

Besides Giuliani is the pre-ordained. Like Bush, McCain needs to have someone schooled in the corruption of all things good.

Like Cheney guides Bush through the challenge of understanding, Giuliani will guide McCain through the challenge of comprehending.

The Empire must be preserved.
